Layout Contest

OK, i know a lot of you think PPN needs a new layout...

since i'm fairly busy and not too creative, lol, i thought I'd run a small contest to get PPN a new layout.

Now..

the Rules:

1) all layouts must be original and unique, Pokemon [enter theme here] related. (themes must be current i.e. Diamond, Perl, Emerald, or Movie 8)

2) must work with current (or minor modifications) site and retain the 'feel' of PPN

3) Must be COMPLIANT XHTML/CSS and the winner must be willing to code the index and/or includes page(s). (in other words, be able to deliver a usable HTML template/page [i.e. index.php, image.php etc.. )

4) winner will give all rights and ownership of winning design to PPN (they will get a credit on the staff page however)

5) submissions can be an image or image attachment here or a html / zip file in a PM.


the Prizes:
The winning webby or designer will recieve credit as stated above, a free .com (or whatever, your choice) domain name, with a free year of top quality hosting!!

So if you're a layout designer, a webby with talent or think you can do this.. go on, enter and lets see who's design reins supreme..

All entries will be judged by me, PPN's staff, and a few close friends. All decisions are final. Winner must provide working, coded page(s) before prizes will be awarded. Open to any PC member. Personal info will be required for the domain name. Contest ends when a winner has been chosen or when I close this topic.

Yeah, cool. Runners up have the option of offering thir layouts (modified, of course) on my webmasters page (yes, you can require a layout by link) or do whatever you want with em..

Not mentioned is i'll most likely give some prizes to the second and third place runner ups... dunno what yet.. but maybe you all can suggest something..

Edit: I had to get the green text off because I found many typing errors. 0_o

This is just the image slices so nobody could 'Steal" it because if I don't win, I'll use this layout for my own site. XD
