Luke, he's looking for something more current... if you're going to simply use Ash, you should use the AG Ash.

Latios1, um... it's just a bunch of resized sprites, a 2-minute job. Good layouts take a fair amount of time to make. All I can say is to try a different program.

well i guess the contest is moving along.. i still don't know the end date, but i'm thinking mid Feb or so.... so if you have an entry, now is the time to submit it. (unfinshed entries can be submitted, but if you win, you'll have to provide a finished and coded layout to be awarded the prize)

Oh, BTW..Ii've added a second prize and 3rd prizes too... 3rd prize: 2 booster packs of your choice of TCG. 2nd prize: 1 yr domain name registration (1 of .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .us) OR a 1 yr 250MB hosting plan from PPN (provided by www.innerchambers.com)
 
mm...mmm.... I feel very inclined to enter. I don't think I'll win, as Golden Groudon is in the contest, and the TCG boosters are not for me...but maybye another domain...heck, I'll enter anyway. It's not very 'done' at the mo, but it's started just this minute. I'm cutting the Top image down too.

the tcg boosters can be anything not just Pokemon.. or an equalivant item..

OK i'll leave the contest running thru all of Feb for now... (guess you can see i'm not really in a hurry with this.. LOL)

I'd like to have picked the winners by mid March but we'll see how this goes.. I'd relly like to see another 20 entries - hopefully.
 
Oh, btw, Steve, that isnt my entry. It's the entry in progress. I'm just making it public so people can get inspiration for their own, and a tagboard so people can give their ideas on it. And GG, seafloor cavern links dont work :/

Well, I've just moved so I'm using wireless internet from from somebody.
Web Servers don't work with wireless computers.
 
i would enter a layout but i dunt have a clue what css is i've never used it to make a layout
 
I can't wait to see more! I like DarkCat21's the best, but thats just my opinion. But some of them look to basic for me and need alot of work. Like Latios1's needs some improving by adding some color or some pictures. But this contest is shaping up, and i hope a winner is decided soon.
 
I dunno why, but everyone except mines layout links aren't working x3;
 
They all Work Fine for me. Great Job PD Wooper. Keep it up -- Loves the Current layout. All Layouts are terrific, Boy I'd Hate to be in Steve's Shoes for choosing them now.

And BTW "KEEP 'em COMIN"
 
I don't know what to do next on mine. I suppose all the content and compatibility with current content. I'm gonna be out all of today if you wana know why I'm not on MSN (9-00GMT-12-30GMT and 14-00GMT - 19-00GMT) I have a pretty busy day...Laser tag in the morning, laser tag friend's b-day party in after noon.
 
yeah links work.. tho u may have to 'save target as.. ' them..

all the layout do indeed look great... gonna suck to me amd my staff when judging time comes around..

Meh..I'm switching to a dedicated server so it should be down for a few days...
 
That explains why I couldn't get on it. You should change it back to down again :/

OK everyone.. Times almost up!!

If you've been working on a layout / design, now's the time to start submitting them... Remember, winning layout maker has to be able to provide a working (HTML/XHTML/PHP) index page/template complete with CSS (based on PPN's current *pokemonpalace link removed* settings/tags)

Expected contest end date: mid March

After that date, i'll go thru all the entries and pick the top 5 or 6, repost them and instruct my judges to start their voting and stuff..
