    Yes i need a layout desing in CSS. I will need help from anyone. Once you agree to help i will tell you what i want and this thread can be closed. But only after someone agrees to help me.

    Again will give details afterward.
     
    ohh well i want it to be more of a pokemon design. My site is called PokeArt. It will showcase all of my sprites made. I want something that will go along with that.

    I want it in reds and blacks.. something easy on the eye that doesn't take the focus away from the sprites. There will be iages that i want in the header but i am not sure at the moment which one exactly. Maybe one of mine. Who knows
