4th Gen Leaf and/or Red?

Either have Red still be in Mt. Silver and have Leaf in a different "hidden" area, or have a double battle with them both on Mt. Silver.

Preferably the latter.

Maybe you could still battle Red at Mt. Silver and battle Leaf in one of the Sevii islands if there is going to be any. If there isn't going to be the Sevii Islands than probably in a place you would never expect Leaf to be in. I don't know, but it would be pretty cool to battle the both of them.

No Red did not replace Leaf, it's just a thought they it could happen or if they were both able to be battled.

Actually, I just thought, what if they made Leaf or even Red that new Champion of the Kanto Elite instead of what they had before? I mean there is so many possibilites with it all, I just had to ask...

If that could happen to Red or Leaf, that would be pretty cool. I mean it could be a possibility but I am not sure.

Maybe they could make Red and Leaf battle you at Mt. Silver as a double battle? I wouldn't mind if that could happen, and I think that would be rather cool if it could happen.
 
Actually I too thought about the double battle idea, and it would be a lot more challenging if they were at the high level Red was back in GSC.
 
Having Leaf a secret in the game with a random appearance and a tough battle sounds nice, and hopefully if they decide to add in Leaf for battle, I'd like her to be challenging with tough Pokémon as well.
 
I'd like to travel through Mt. Silver with Leaf, sounds awesome.

Yeah and they're most likely not going to take Red out because he was already seen in New Bark Town.

Mt. Moon? I am not to sure where Leaf could be found, but I would want it in a place that no one would really expect. It would make the game more fun.
 
Leaf, can be found in a place that is so simply yet kind of matching to her name. The Viridian Forest, I mean Leaf and a forest makes a great match up, but it would have to be surprising, like we can't go to Pewter unless we beat her or something. I don't know, but ideas at night for me with this can go hay-wire.

??? Hun I think you are thinking of Gold. We are talking about the ingame Kanto Saga.
 
Oops, Bliss made a mistake, that's alright though. Yeah, Red is the character found in Mt. Silver who has really strong leveled Pokémon such as Charizard, Blastoise, Venasaur, Pikachu, and more. Leaf is the new female protaganist in FRLG, which was never originally in the old GS games, but could probably show up now.

Oh sorry about that, I think I got carried away with the Johto region.

Well I think Red could still be located in Mt. Silver while Leaf could be in a new place that no one would expect. Some place like maybe the Sevii Islands.
 
I think she could easily play the role of your rival as soon as you get to Kanto. So it wont seem so lonely.
 
Yes, and like I stated before, she coul dend up the new Elite Champion that you have to battle. O_o

So your saying you would have to face her in the Elite Four?

Anyways, I think it would be a good idea if Leaf was a rival to you or a partner that would catch you around and battle you all around the towns and cities.
 
The ,ore we discuss this the more exited I get. Then I thik about the fact tthat we would see DP styled trainers for all of the characters we have played with besides Brandon and May. I also think Cystal will be in it.
 
I wouldn't mind if Kris was made the Elite Four Champion....as long as they keep the original clothing for Red. Even if they do use FRLG boy's sprite, I don't think I would mind too much. I would like to see a tag team battle with me (Heart) and my friend (Gold) versing Kris and Leaf.

I thought it was cool that he never said anything, it was sort of a wink-wink reference to the whole silent protagonist deal. It was like one of those "oooooh I remember that from the old games" moments, you know?

I think using a quote from the manga would be... weird. Especially because having Red talk at all would require giving him some personality, and the whole point of a silent protagonist is that he's supposed to represent you and take on whatever sort of characteristics you want him to. Except for the fact that he is good with Pokémon and a kind, talented trainer, that's already hammered in by every single NPC you meet. >>
