3rd Gen LeafGreen E4 Team

I just found my LeafGreen, and it was saved RIGHT before the Elite Four with a... cruddy team. Any help would be great. Well... my team is:

Venusaur Lv45 @Leftovers
Bashful Nature
Razor Leaf
Giga Drain
Frenzy Plant
Rest

Umm... this needs diversity! Only grass moves and one sucks!

Vaporeon Lv47 @QuickClaw
Lonely Nature
Water Pulse
Bite
Surf
Blizzard

Possibly switch Blizzard for Ice Beam to eat the Dragons?

If you have suggestions for moves and the last three pokemon for the team, please tell me where I can obtain the TM/Pokemon.

With what you've got there, Loreli will destroy you.

What worked pretty well for me (you will have do some trades), was Electabuzz and Machamp.

and buy items really, healing moves will slow you down, this is the e4 not a wifi battle use them liberaly
and your team is ungodly weak, you will be fighting lvl 56 by loreli, and lvl 60 some odd by rival you will need your team to be lvl 60-70 to stand a chance...

but why rest when you can full restore, also frenzy plant is realy useful in e4
