I suggest packing an Electric-type for Lorelei. You will need it.

Lorelei is best to face with Hitmonchan from the Fighting Dojo or Zapdos. I have always used the former since Zapdos' weakness to Ice Beam means that you have to train it to a pretty high level to OHKO Lapras and Dewgong. Machamp works (Machoke probably isn't good enough) though it is pretty slow and it does need to avoid taking STABed hits as they do take their toll after awhile.

Bruno's two Onix are covered by Blastoise. Beyond that though, you're in some trouble, as I think that Machamp carries Rock Slide, and Moltres will not OHKO with Fly. Perhaps a more workable solution is to use your choice of Flying-type to kill Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan and then use Venusaur to beat Machamp. A heavy dose of Sleep Powder and strong STAB attacks should bring it down.

For Agatha you're probably going to want to use Moltres with Sunny Day. That should give Flamethrower the kick it needs to overwhelm Agatha's team, as none of her Pokemon have great defenses to begin with. Definitely bring a few Full Heals for this fight so that you don't get creamed setting up.

Lance is easy. Teach Blastoise Ice Beam. I still might not OHKO unless it's at a high level, but that should be enough. Gyarados is just something you'll have to overpower. Again, Venusaur + Sleep Powder is very useful.

The Champion will fall if you bring enough Revives, though that team should be enough to beat him. He's not very hard really. Just make sure your Pokemon are at high enough levels to compete, obviously. Usually you can spam the Vs. Seeker in the Sevii islands and against all of the trainers that have leveled up their Pokemon to the level 48-50 area. There should be a lot of them everywhere.

    My advice:

First off, forget Onix and Machoke; since you just caught them in Victory Road they're gonna have really bad stats compared to your other pokes and the E4.

    Recommended Team:
    Moltres
    Venusaur
    Blastoise
    Hitmonchan
    Pidgeot
    Jolteon

Simply because it has a nice even spread over the 'staple' types (fire, water, grass, electric etc) also try to level them all up to around 50-55 before you have a serious attempt at the E4. (don't forget type coverage too, think about what pokemon the E4 will use and have a counter for them)
