Alrighty...you guys have convinced me to try a sequel. We'll see what happens. Hopefully this one will be as good as the last one. I'm a little nervous about it, since sequels rarely live up to the originals, but I'll give it my best!

Also, this will be the first fanfiction I have not written in Word first, and completed, so please be aware that there will be revisions along the way!!

This story will follow the R/B/Y versions of the game and their respective television season!

    On with the Show!

The clouds moved by at a snail's pace. Skye gazed into the bright blue canvas of the atmosphere with Agile next to her in the grass. The warm summer air clung to her body like wet wool when she was in motion, so she gave up on the training for today and decided to watch the clouds go by.

A little further to her left, Brock turned over on his stomach, and folded his arms under his chin. Ash was dozing on the grass to her right, and Misty had run inside to get some lemonade.

"I'm bored," Ash whined with ennui. He turned over on his side and sighed. His black shirt clung to his arms as he stretched.

"Here guys!" Misty exclaimed, hurrying out with some glasses full of lemonade. "This should cool everyone off."

The group accepted the glasses thankfull, sitting up slowly and drinking deeply. Skye wiped her mouth with the back of her hand, and glanced over at Brock, who was looking at her with a half-grin spreading across his face.

"What?" she asked, and then she felt it. The pull of very tight skin when she moved her mouth. Her hands went to her face in suprise and shock, which stung her cheeks unbearably. Her eyes teared with pain.

"Whoa!" Ash exclaimed, and then continued bluntly. "You look like a boiled Krabby!"

Skye fell back onto the grass with a moan. Her sunburnt face cringing. She looked over at Brock, who was supressing a chuckle.

"Let's go inside," Ash offered. "Maybe my mom fixed the air conditioning?"

Brock pulled Skye to her feet, and the group walked into the house, which was substantially cooler. Agile flopped onto the Ketchum's couch in exhasperation, looking at Skye as if staying outside for so long was her fault.

"Wow, Skye," Ash's mother gasped. "You look like a boiled Krabby."

    Skye giggled, which hurt immensely.

"Oh dear...that looks painful. Let me go get some aloe," Mrs. Ketchum hurried into the bathroom to the medicine cabinet. She was back in a few seconds, and handed Skye a massive bottle of green gel. "Go slather some of that on your face. It will help with the burning."

"Thanks, Mrs. Ketchum," Skye said, and proceeded to squirt a big, green glob onto her palm.

"here, let me help," Brock offered, scooping some up from the glob on her hand, and touching it to her cheek. "Better?"

"Mmmm..." Skye said, feeling a cool sensation wash over the burning of her cheek.

Fury, Skye's Spearow with an attitude problem, had been perched on Mrs. Ketchum's shoulder all day today, and had taked quite a liking to her. However, when he saw Brock touch Skye's face, his feathers puffed out menacingly, and it darted towards him.

Fury had grown in size considerable since Skye had left the Orange Islands. Skye figured he might evolve soon. He was almost as big as Agile now, and had a wings span about as long as Skye's leg.

Needless to say, it was enough to pummel Brock into the floor.

Unfortunately, he landed on a very tired Agile.

Agile turned into a very annoyed Agile.

"PIKA!" she cried indignantly, shooting a powerful bolt of electricity at Brock, which half missed and made contact with Fury.

"Fury, Agile! Cut it out!" Skye exclaimed, trying to get a Pokeball out of her pocket.

A stray attack from Agile hit the Pokeball out of Skye's hand, and rolled under the foot of Ash, who was carrying a pitcher of ice water. He tripped, and the pitcher went flying...

Before the pitcher made contact with anything, Fury screeched, and darted at Agile, who nimbly leapt atop Brock's head and stuck out her tongue. This only infuriated the ruffled Spearow further.

The pitcher had finished its flight through the air by landing on Skye's sunburnt head.

It took a record time of seven second for all four of them to faint.

    ***

When Skye came to, Agile was snoozing on the coffee table, a bottle of catsup in her arms. Fury's pokeball rested next to the lamp on the table behind her head.

Brock came into the room, and noticing she had awoken, smiled.

"How are you feeling?" he asked. "Your face looks a little better."

"It hurts," she told him, trying to smile, and feeling her face crinkle with the effort. "Sorry Fury attacked you."

"Ah, it's ok," he told her. He shook his head to dismiss her apology. "I'm sure me and Fury will get along eventually."

"Where is everyone?" Skye asked, looking around the living room.

"They're unpacking. We're going to stay here for a few days until your face heals up a bit, by the orders of Mrs. Ketchun," he told her, in an authoratative voice. She giggled. "So rest up. I'll be in Ash's room in you need me."

"Thanks," Skye smiled a little, and if her face could have turned redder from blushing, it would have. She watched him walk up the stairs to Ash's room.

'Bout time, Skye! I was waiting for this for a while!

    So far, so good!

After a day of hourly applications of aloe, and a wide-brimmed gardening hat courtesy of Mrs. Ketchum, Skye was permitted to go outside once more.

It was a partly sunny day, as if the sun itself were scared to suffer the wrath of a sunburnt Skye. Agile was waddling alongside Skye with a bottle of catsup in her small arms as they made their way to the beach.

Ash led the group down to the narrow shoreline, testing the water with his toes, and shivering. Misty plowed right by him, sprinting full tilt into the water, and submerging herself. She let out her Pokemon in the surf.

Brock took a moment to set up an umbrella for Skye.

"Are you sure you don't want to come swimming?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

"When it hurts my face to take a shower, I can't imagine how salt water would feel!" Skye exclaimed. "Seriously though, I don't mind. Go throw Ash in, he's being wimpy."

Skye watched Brock sneak up behind a shivering Ash, and since he was nearly two heads taller than Ash, made short work of picking him up, running into the water, and throwing him in. Ash rose to the surface, sputtering and choking on water, only to hear the daunting laughter of Misty.

"C-c-c-cold!!" was all he could say.

Misty proceeded to splash him. Ash fought back, and they slowly made their way towards each other in an effort to make the splashes bigger and more unfortunate for the recipient.

Suddenly, Ash caught Misty's arm, pulled her to him,, lifted her up by the waist, and dunked her. She came to her senses while underwater, wrapped her arms around his legs, and pulled him under. They both rose to the surface quicckly, and sneered at each other while choking on the salty water.

Skye was rolled over, laughing hysterically at Ash and Misty. Brock looked back at her with a grin, taking notice of how cute she looked in her purple, two-piece identical to Misty's, since the two girls bought them together.

"Fury, come on out!" Skye called to the pokeball containing her Spearow. "Go windsurf with Agile!"

"Chu!" Agile exclaimed excitedly, grabbing her Pikachu-sized surf board, and hitting the waves with an excited Fury.

Suddenly, a forboding group of three guys came down to the surf, straight towards Skye. One of them, who was incredibly tall, stalked over to her, his black, greasy hair hanging in his eyes and giving him a menacing vibe.

Skye narrowed her eyes in confusion as he neared her, his built body very intimidating.

"What's the deal? Where'd your guy friend go?" he demanded, his voice gruff and husky. He clenched his fists tightly as his sides. "You think you can make a fool of us and get away with it?"

Skye noticed that the three guys were soaked from head to toe. The sound of a speedboat in the distance only distracted her for a moment.

"What are you talking about?" she demanded.

"Hey, what's the trouble?" Brock demanded, and angry undertone tugging at his voice. "Leave her alone."

"Let's settle this now," the guy said, taking a pokeball out of his pocket, and throwing it into the sand. A very angry Raticate popped out, growling at Skye angrily.

"I'll handle this," Brock told her, fishing in his backpack for his Geodude.

"No, that's okay," Skye told him firmly, eyeing the agressive guys annoyedly. She spat out the next words as if they were made of acid. "I can handle this one just fine."

She stared at him angrily before turning to where Agile was looking at her curiously in the shallows with Fury perched with her on the surf board.

"Oh, Fury!" she called, her tone kind towards her Spearow. "Would you come here please? Agile, you too!"

"Pika?" Agile asked, turning her head to the side, puzzled.

"Fury, show this Raticate how quickly you can take it out!" she told him as the Spearow with the biggest attitude problem EVER landed stiffly on her shoulder and glared at the guys and the Raticate.

"You're going to try to take out my Raticate with that-"

"Fury attack!" Skye commanded, cutting the guy short.

Fury spread its gigantic wings, and darted towards the Raticate at top speed. The Raticate jumped towards Fury with a bite attack, and Fury reversed directions quickly, and when the Raticate was on its way back down to earth, pelted a fury attack into its back, knocking it out cold. Fury sqwaked in annoyance at the guys who stood before him, glaring angrily.

"Pfft! That's nothing against my Machop!" the shorter of the guys scoffed, throwing his pokeball into the sand. "Karate chop that morning dove!"

Fury, insulted by the remark, did not wait for a command from Skye, but proceeded to grip the Machop by the shoulders, and flew high into the sky. He sqwaked in delight as the Machop kicked desperately.

"Oh, I'm so impressed," Skye retorted to the second guy. "Shall I tell Fury to let it down now? Or do you think you can still fight?"

Defeated, they guy's face turned red with anger, and said nothing. Fury lowered the Machop to the ground gently, and flew back onto Skye's shoulder, glaring angrily.

"Will you leave me alone now?" she asked.

"Heh...not quite," the fat guy said, emerging from behind the other two. "i've got one you can't beat with that stupid bird or that wussy mouse! Go Golem!"

"Skye..." Brock said cautiously. "He has a big type dvantage...and you're not very experienced in battle..."

"Oh I know," she told him briskly. "But I know what respect is, and these guys seem like they need to learn the hard way!"

The Golem looked at her in utter confusion.

"Fury, go pick that hunk of rock up," Skye said simply.

The Golem would not go easily. It swiped ints rocky hands at the bird Pokemon, striking its body, and throwing Fury into and angry rage.

And suddenly, Fury began to glow a molten white.

His wings elongated, as did his neck and beak. His body expanded greatly in size until he was nearly twice the sixe of Skye. It looked at the now puny Golem with a menacing glare, gripped the Golem with its sharp talons, and proceeded to fly slowly over to the water.

"Okay! Cut it out!" the fat guy exclaimed, running after the Golem. Fury lowered it undamaged to the ground, and swooped over to Skye, standing in front of her protectively. "Geez, woman! You're nothing like you were ten minutes ago!"

"What are you talking about?" Skye demanded, her voice weighted with concern.

"Weren't you just over on the docks with some guy?" he asked, a puzzled expression covering his face. "The guy got fed up with us and dumped us in the water. Wasn't that you...?"

"No, I was here the whole time," Skye told them shortly.

Suddenly, Mrs. Ketchum came sprinting down to them, looking worried. The three guys ran off to escape trouble.

"Skye, your neighbor just called here. She has been trying to get a hold of your mom for three days...she knocked on the door today to find it unlocked, and the apartment....in...shambles...you're mom's...gone...missing..." Mrs Ketchum panted, finally reaching the group.

Skye was speechless. She barely heard Mrs. Ketchum's words. Her mouth hung open as if in a daze.

"Mom?" was all she could utter.

She promptly burst into tears, sinking to her knees, and burying her face in her hands. Brock knelt by her side. Agile and Fury looked at her, unsure of what to do.

"Hey...wait a sec," Brock said, realization creeping into his voice. "Those goons that came by just now...said they'd seen a girl that looked like you! Do you and your mom look a lot alike?"

Skye looked up, her eyes becoming wide.

"My mother's been kidnapped??" she cried, throwing herself into Brock's arms.

"They can't be too far!" Brock assured her.

Ash and Misty ran over to check on the commotion. Ash was about to ask what the deal was, but Misty held him back with her arm.

Brock looked over at Fury, who was too concerned about Skye to glare. Brock bit his lower lip, and walked over to the gigantic bird.

"Can you fly me up there?" he asked Fury gently, pointing up into the air. He looked at Fury, pleading with his eyes.

The usually annoyed Fearow cawed softly, bending its legs so Brock could climb aboard. Brock hopped on, and held a hand out to Skye.

    "Come on," he told her.

She climbed up, throwing a sweatshirt over her swimsuit, and they took off into the air. Skye, no longer petrified of heights, looked fearlessly below her Fearow at the ocean.

"I heard a speedboat before those guys came and challenged me!" she exclaimed over the ocean wind. "There!"

She pointed across the water, to a small white dot making its way away from the coastline.

"We have to get Ash and the others!" Brock told her. "Fury, you have to land!"

Fury set gently back down on the sand, and Brock rounded up Ash and Misty while Skye told Mrs. Ketchum about the situation so she could call the police about it.

"We'll get a boat and follow you, Skye," Brock told her, putting his hand on her shoulder. "You have to lead us."

"But-" she said quickly, looking at Brock with fright. "I...don't want to be by myself."

"It's okay," he assured her, and with a flushed face, planted a kiss on her forehead. "You can do this."

Mrs Ketchum had wasted no time in securing a boat for the teenagers after she had called the police.

"Remember, honey!" Mrs. Ketchum called to Ash. "Just find out where she is, and don't get into trouble!"

Ash rolled his eyes, and took the helm of the boat. Brock looked at him skeptically. Ash grinned sheepishly, and handed it over, taking to the bow with Misty.

Skye hopped aboard Fury's back after throwing on her baggy jeans. It was cold without the dunes to dwindle the wind. Fury looked at her expectantly, and she nodded, her signal to take off. Fury launched himself into the air, Skye clinging to him, and looking for that boat...

Her eyes found it on the horizon. She pointed it out to Fury, and he swooped in that direction. Brock started up the boat and followed in hot persuit.

I love it! And the secont is coming along fine, don't worry!

I do hope Skye rememberd her hat, don't want her getting evin MORE sunburned!

Wow I really like this keep going! :D

This is true PTKB, frgot about that! And thank you! You and Steeleon Both!

Fury closed in on what appeared to be an uninhabited island. It was covered in green vegitation, ranging from small shrubs to tall trees. Skye squinted to see if she could find any signs of life. There were none to be found.

"Fury, we need to get down to the boat with the others," Skye told the Fearow urgently. Fury responded immediately with a dive that made Skye's stomach turn over.

Skye and Fury hovered besides the boat as they approached the island.

"I can't see anything. We must have lost them somewhere," she told them anxiously. "We have to find them!"

"Let's take a closer look at the island," Misty advised. "But we need to be careful."

Misty looked at Ash nervously, who held a confident, determined expression on his face. His lips were pressed tightly together, his eyebros narrowed, his eyes cast downward in thought. She felt a little better just looking at him, and something uncomfortable swriled around in her stomach. She saw him differently this time, something that had occured on a few rare occasions, very few. Her heart skipped a beat, and in that moment, she snapped out of the daze, a little confused.

"I found some walkie talkies in the compartment over here," Brock told Skye. "You and I will both go to shore, while Misty and Ash stay here and guard the boat."

He tossed one of the walkie talkies to Ash, and took one for himself. Climbing aboard Fury, he held tight to Skye's waist, and they flew towards the island.

The island was dense with green life. Skye looked at it half-heartedly before she joined Brock who was looking for footprints in the sand. Agile sniffed the air, and Fury was resting back in his pokeball.

"Chu..." Agile said darkly, her ears pointing backwards in an offensive stance. She was on all fours and her mouth drew into a grim line. Her dark eyes looked into the dense undergrowth darkly.

"What is is?" Skye asked, noticing Agile's anxiety.

Brock hurried over to see what the matter was.

"Agile smells something," Skye informed him. She looked at her Pikachu urgently. "What is it?"

Agile made a face, scrunching her nose in distaste, and at the same time, looking remorseful.

"Pika," she said, in a tone Skye knew too well.

Skye kept her mouth shut, and followed Agile as she walked into the undergrowth. They stomped through until Skye's foot hit something hollow...a trap door! Skye knelt to the ground and pressed her ear to it.

    Nothing.

"There's nothing..." she trailed off, looking at Brock hopelessly.

    "Let's open it," Brock suggested.

They worked together to pull open the sand-covered wooden door, which gave up it s struggle with a loud CREAK! Skye looked at Brock once more, silently.

Below them was a narrow tunnel with a ladder leading down. Brock reached into his backpack to find a rope. He secured it to a tree standing outside the door, tied the other end around his waist, and made ready to climb down. He lowered himself into the hole, and promptly found himself too large.

He swore under his breath, and Agile looked at him scornfully.

"I can't fit," he told Skye, untying the rope from his waist. "But you can."

"No!" Skye said, looking at the dark well-like tunnel before them. "N-no....it's dark, and damp...but...Mom..."

Her eyes welled up with tears. She looked at Brock helplessly once more, and he sighed, taking her in his arms to soothe her tears. Agile hopped onto her shoulder to comfort her as well.

Brock held her at her elbows, his dark, narrow eyes watching her firmly. He held a confidence in her that made her eyes widen in suprise. Her blue-indigo eyes became great orbs, reflecting the sun as it filtered through the trees.

"You can do this," he told her. "I'll be right here if something happens. Agile can go with you."

    He handed her the rope.

Skye took the rope from his hands, her watery eyes trying to absorb the tears so she could be strong. Brock took the rope from her trembling hands and proceeded to tie it securely around her waist. She gulped.

"You'll be okay," he promised her, holding her shoulders firmly, and looking into her frightened eyes. He stroked her hair once.

Skye turned away, and motioned for Agile to get into her pokeball. Agile looked at her skeptically, but submitted and entered the pokeball for safe keeping.

Brock touched her arm as she stepped onto the first rung of the ladder. She looked up at him quickly, almost sharply, the confidence she tried to show in her eyes as brittle as thin glass.

"Good luck," he whispered, and brought his face close to hers. His eyes became soft, and she could see the worry he tried so hard to hide form her.

Skye touched his nose with her own, and closed her eyes, dreading the descent into the darkness. When she opened her eyes once more, Brock was still looking at her.

"You can do this," he assured her firmly, handing her a flashlight from his pack. He kissed her forehead softly, and she blushed.

"I...I can," she said funally, and began her descent.

    (So...should I keep going?)

Woah this is such a great story! Skye, you really have talent ^^. Keep writing.

Thank you very much! :) I will continue soon!

Hey, what makes you doubt your abilities??? Your writing's been great so far! Keep up the good work!

Thank you! *smiles and hands everyone cookies!*

Skye shined the flashlight down into the darkness. The well seemed to go down forever. She hoped Brock had enough rope. Agile cowered on her shoulder, shutting her eyes tight against her fears.

"Hang in there, Agile," Skye whispered. She reached the last few rungs of the ladder when she felt a tug at her waist. She looked up. The rope was taut, and the small speck of light from the trap door's opening never seemed more welcoming.

"I'll have to let you go!" Brock called to her. Skye shuddered as his voice bounced off the circular walls.

"Okay!" she called meekly. She untied the rope around her waist and slipped down the last few rungs. She shone the flashlight around the circular pit, and saw a door on the wall, covered in green vegitation. She tried her best to find the knob, and pushed it open.

To her suprise, there was light in the hallway that stood before her. Its walls were of concrete blocks, painted off-white, and a dark red carpet adroned the floor. She stepped onto it with Agile trembling on her shoulder.

    "Chu..." Agile whimpered.

"I'll be careful," Skye assured her in a whisper. She tucked her hair behind her ears. Her back itched from the sunburn.

The continued down the hallway. The smell of dampness had vanished, and all that remained was the smell of new paint and plastic. Skye cringed as she pressed further down the hallway.

Eventually, they found doors on either side of the hallway. She heard the sound of footsteps ahead of her, and dashed into what appeared to be a broom closet. She peeked out of the crack between the door and its frame.

A man wearing a black uniform walked by briskly, but not before she saw the red R printed on the front. She recognized him as one of the Rocket members she and her friends had fought at her aunt's place on Valencia Island. Knowing he couldn't see her, she stuck out her tongue after him as he walked away.

Feeling a little more bold, Skye returned to the hallway, trying her best to not get caught. She had no idea where she was supposed to go to find her mother, but she pressed onwards nonetheless.

Up ahead was a huge atrium. In the center of the vast, circular chamber was a colum with a staircase winding around it. Small catwalks branched off the the three separate floors on the circular wall. Each floor was encased by a black iron railing. The walls were painted with the same off-white color as the walls of the hallway, and the carpets were the same also. The staricase was made of black iron also, and wound around the off-****e colum ominously. She entered the atrium unnoticed, and hid below a dark stone staircase in the shadows. There was a pair of men talking on te stairs bove her. She could just make out the coversation.

"They took her up there to the boss's room, I think," one of them said. She could hear his feet drawing nearer to the base of the staircase. "I hear the kid might be in the vicinity too. Better watch out for her."

"Yeah," the other man agreed, a tone of bitterness tugging at his voice. "I remember that little brat really well. She and her little cronies took my Pokemon out like it was nothing!"

They had reached the botton of the staircase. Upon Skye's shoulder, Agile had become furious. She built up as much electrical energy as she could, and let it fly at the two Rocket members, who were instantly stunned. They fell to the ground.

"What was that?" a voice exclaimed from somewhere out of Skye's line of sight. "What happened to those two?"

Skye looked at Agile crossly, and the little Pikachu clung to her shoulder desperately, as Skye flung Fury's pokeball out.

"You've gotta get me up there!" she hissed to the gigantic bird. Skye pointed upwards, beyond the staircase, to a door on the third floor. The bird looked at her urgently, and she climbed aboard. Fury took off as quickly and silently as he could.

Too late. A Rocket saw her from below.

"It's the brat! Someone go alert the boss!" a woman exclaimed, taking out her Raticate. She was on the second floor as Skye passed her, and the Raticate leapt off the railing and onto Fury!

"Agile! Take care of that thing!" Skey exclaimed as the Raticate bared its teeth and snarled. It charged after Agile for a bit attack.

Agile elt out a tremendous thundershock attack at the Raticate, slowing it immensely. It leapt off Fury in fear and jumped into its master's arms.

"Hurry," Skye hissed to Fury, who had almost made it to the third floor.

"I've got it!" a man shouted from below. "Go Raichu!"

The evolved mouse Pokemon leered at Skye and her Pokemon, and sent a thunder attack, which Agile was not strong enough to counter. It hit Fury directly, and the bird fainted instantly. He went spiralling to the ground, and the next thing Skye knew, she was unconcious.

Well, some of the chapters are quite short, but at least they're good on quality. (It's always quality, not quantity as my English teacher says). I noticed a fair number of typos and grammatical errors, but none that you can't really work on for the next chapter. I must say that I don't particularly like fics with Ash, Brock and all the other characters (I don't watch it), but with the addition of yourself (I'm assuming it is, since Skye is your username) it brings a nice change. The Spearow with the attitude problem made me laugh when I first heard it. The description seems fine, the characters sstay in character... yup - this fic has been reviewed! :D

Heh, you should read the other's she's made. They're quite the fanfics! Well, this chapter's getting interesting. Wonder what happens next!

Ah yes...Mr. Cat Dog...I, unfortunately, do not have the patience to run it through a spell check before submitting it, but this is quite the rough draft if you know what I mean. The other fics I posted have been through the wringer many times. Thank you Mr. Cat Dog, and Duc for the wonderful reviews!

Eyes opening slowly...oh the light...close them once more. Just sleep...

Skye's eyes snpped open. Her vision was blurry at first. A few blinks cured that problem. She reached instinctively for Agile to find she was not by her side. Skye sat up abruptly, scanning her surroundings urgently.

She was in a vast room. The ceilings were very high, intimidating her along with the tall pillars that supported it. Two rectangle rivers ran along the sides of the vast room. She could hear the trickle of two small waterfalls on the opposite end.

The space was dimly lit, with a yellowish, natural light. Some potted plants dotted the floor, and ivy adorned the walls and ceiling. Skye scanned for windows, but there were none.

In the immediate vecinity was the soft bed she lay on. It was a large, queen sized bed, with a down comforter and pillow wearing soft, pink flower patterns. Above her was a beautiful pink lace canopy. The frame of the bed was carved from a strong, dark wood. She lay back on the comforts of the frilly pillows, her head pounding.

On her right was a small, bedside table made of the same wood as the fram of her bed. Two pokeballs sat still on the table, one of Agile, and the other for Fury. Skye reached over, and clutched them to her. She felt like crying, but hre head hurt too much.

Beyond the foot of her bed was a door. She stared at it, wondering if it was unlocked, and if she could escape from this place. She closed her eyes tightly, trying to banish the headache that plagued her, but to no avail. Skye struggled to sit up, and swung her bare feet over the side of the large, comfotable bed.

    Bare feet?

She looked down at her clothing. Her usual attire had been replaced by soft, silken pajamas. Long, pink pants covered her legs, and a white silk button up shirt with a pink flower print to match the bedding covered her top half. She looked down at the floor to find a pair of pink slippers.

"Oh good grief," she whispered to herself, rolling her eyes despite the pain in her head. "I've got to change out of these clothes...ugh....pink."

Her voice echoed lightly around the vast room. She shrunk back in fear of it for a moment, and prayed that whoever had put her here would leave her be long enough for the headache to go away.

With a little more searching around her bed, Skye found some clothes in the drawers of the night stand. She pulled out a pink, frilly dress that fell to her feet, and poofed out in the skirt. She moaned.

"Give me a break. Where are my jeans?"

She rummaged around under her bed and found her travel bag, which contained her normal clothes. She threw on her swinsuit, despite the smell of the ocean that emitted from it. Over that, she put on her reliable, baggy jeans, and a white button-up shirt that she had packed before she had set out with Brock and the others. She tied the bottom of the shirt in a knot above her belly button, and rolled up the sleeves. She grabbed the two pokeballs on the table, and set them in her belt. Slinging the bag over her shoulder, she walked towards the door...

..Just in time to meet someone on the other side.

Skye blinked for a few moments in disbelief. She could not believe who stood before her. Her mind swirled in agony over the headache, as well as from shock, for before her, alive and well, was in fact...

    ....her mother!
