    I just did some testing for everyone who was wondering if IVs reset every encounter of the legend or if they are set from release...answer is...

    They are set...from release...

    So yeah everyone that wanted to know about this... thats the answer...
     
    Thanks for the information, although I'm pretty sure this was known to quite a majority of people - and if they were interested to know then they could always ask in the HG/SS Help Thread we have as a sticky for people. That said, I don't really see the need for this thread, but again, thanks for the information.
