That's cool! You know I was once going to put in my fic a black Latias called Laitias, it has two 'i' okay? She is pure of heart and can show you events that occur in your life! I'm not sure if I should include her...

When I am done with this fic I am doing part two this will have the Ash and the Hoen gang this is where answers will fit like the power to be healed by water for Carth and much more there is quite alot to describe but I do not want to give everything away!

Chapter 15 Prepare For the Race

"So this explains everything now why you met Latias out of all people that were endangered that you save Carth it was a friend of Latias that is hilarious to me! James said laughing.

"Hey Carth you forgot to mention that." Carth then put his hands over Bianca's mouth.

"Bianca listen I don't want them listening to something out of this world alright!" Carth seriously said to Bianca.

"Alright but soon they will half to know!" Then Bianca saw Latias holding her hand to her head she was not even floating Bianca ran over. "Latias are you ok!" Bianca asked being all worried..

"Carth you can talk to Pokemon see what is up." James asked calmly.

Carth came up close to Latias she was had her eyes closed she was growling in a low tone. "Latias tell me hat is wrong." Carth asked as calm as he could but also felt worry inside something was wrong with Latias.

Latias opened her eyes looked straight into Carth's eyes. "I sense something it is just horrible!" said Latias but with everyone but Teila wondering what she was saying.

"It was evil just pure evil it is that guy that attacked us!... Nash that was it!" Latias said.

"What has happened to Nash what is he planning Latias tell me!" Carth replied nervously.

"No not planning he was in pain he was suffering but then it stopped and something with incredible power he risen over him Carth I'm worried!"

Latias hugged Carth she was scared Carth and Teila could understand what she was saying.

"What was it Carth and are you ok Latias?" Bianca asked.

"Latias sensed something it was Nash something bad has happened to him but something pure evil has become of Nash but what?" Carth said.

"Everyone lets just get some sleep the race starts tomorrow and all of us should be rested and ready I am sure Nash is just planning something and we just got to wait and see basically set a trap for him before he does and I know just the way hehe!" James exclaimed.

"Well maybe James but Latias would not lie and her senses had never failed!" Bianca said a little irritated.

"Here I am going and Latias don't worry I am sure that it is nothing that bad and get back to looking like Bianca imagine if more people started to see you!" Carth, James, and Teila started to get back to the hotel Bianca and Latias headed back to the secret garden.

"What a day guys so much shopping with you James my first time on a Jet Ski and to top it off we met one of the guardians of Altomare I wonder what tomorrows suprised could be!" Teila said with happily with a giggle.

"Oh who knows what Teila now lets get some sleep we should get up early." Carth replied.

The three entered the room. James jumped right into bed Carth and Teila did the same.

"Now we must get to the starting point as early as we can alright!" Carth said out loud with a yawn.

"Okay now I know you will do your best so good luck tomorrow!" Teila yawed and fell asleep.


Morning.......

Carth began to open his eyes the sun gleamed threw glass door he yawed and stretched his arms as far as he could his shirt lifted a it where he saw the red triangle.

"No not again why won't this triangle go away what is it anyway!"

Teila was waking up she saw Carth looking a little worried. "Carth what wrong?" Teila asked.

"Um.... nothing Teila here I half to go to the race." Carth replied.

"Carth it does not start for another three hours you have time." Teila said with some concern.

"I just want to go now you and James will see me racing anyway!" Carth burst out the door he was relieved that Teila didn't get to see the red triangle but still Carth just thought what in the world was this triangle.

Carth ran out of the hotel he ran street by street there weren't many people out but still he kept moving he knew where the race was a post to begin.

Once Carth got to the canal area where the race was going to start he saw already someone there guy with a Wailmer already there.

"I thought I would be first here." Carth said happily.

"Sorry I am always first accept last year names Ross what yours?" Ross said happily back at Carth.

"My name is Carth I see your Wailmer looks ready you must raise it well I guess." Carth replied.

"Oh thanks so what water Pokemon you using?" Ross asked.

"Let me show you!" Carth then threw a Poke ball high in the sky a light burst out it in the water a Lapars all excited it flapped it flippers making it's cries.

"Wow a Lapars we don't see to many of those around Altomare!" Ross said all excited.

Carth took got on Lapars back and laid there just waiting for the race to begin.


2 hours later with Bianca.....

Bianca was putting on her pink shoes she was nearly ready to see the race she didn't really watched these races but this time was different.

"Grampa I am going to the race now!" Bianca shouted out all excited.

"Ok Latias and the other Latis just left a few minutes ago I am sorry but I can't go I half to get to work on those gondolas!" Lorenzo replied.

"Ok see you later then!" Bianca ran out of the house.

She started to see it was getting packed by where the race was going to start there was cheering yelling and much mostly because just a few minutes until the race was going to start.

The announcer came on over the race.

"Welcome to another exciting race in Altomare I see we have a Lapars here it has been quite a while since we have seen a Lapars it's trainer name is Carth.

Carth felt a little embarrassed everyone was starring at him his face was on some huge T.V. on one of the walls of the buildings.

"Alright Lapars get ready man wish I can see Teila and James man seems like there is thousands here!" Carth yelled out to Lapars.

"Carth is there something on my back?" Lapars asked.

"No why do you ask?"

"Well something is there I am sure!"

Carth looked closer at Lapars back closer there he saw the sun to reveal just a glimpse a red and blue Pokemon.

Carth thought it had to be two of the four Latis Carth mumbled something to himself. "No why do you guys half to take a nap on Lapars get off soon or your in four a wild ride."

Carth then realized it must be Peppy and Zippy they were sort of following him a lot in the garden.

"Lapars just don't worry a couple of friends decided to go for a ride and I hope they get off soon!" Carth was very serious about this he did not want to screw up on the race.

The countdown began Carth was ready every racer was ready the crowd with so much cheering but Carth had no idea what was about to happen to him in the race.
 
This chapter is a little short but I thought I should stop there for this chapter.

Chapter 16 A race to remember

Carth was ready he held the rope as tight as he could he was trying to ignore the invisible Latis on Lapars back.

The count was about to hit the last number Carth stood ready then the countdown stopped.

"Lets go Lapars!!" Carth yelled out with so much excitement.

Pokemon burst out of the starting line like a bullet.

Lapars burst out with amazing speed down the canals everyone was moving as fast as they could Carth had 4rth place Ross took first place a man with a Kingdra was in front of Carth.

"Come on Lapars we got to go faster!" Carth yelled out happily to Lapars.

Lapars was side to side with the Kingdra Carths caught eyes with the trainer Both were head to head then the canal was getting narrow ahead only one could get through.

"Come we got to go faster I know you can Lapars!!" Carth was getting worried then Lapars inched ahead barely making it Carth was now in third.

Carth was trying to get more ahead in the race but then suddenly Lapars burst into incredible speed Carth was impressed how fast Lapars started to go.

"Lapars what in the world how are you going so fast!? Carth said proudly to Lapars.

Carth then saw in the rope to areas were up the as Carth turned a corner the sun gave away a small glimpse the Latis that were on Lapars back were now helping Carth out.

"Lapars I guess we gave a little back up now ok then here we goooooo!!"

Carth burst right in front of the people that were in third and second place.

The announcer came "Woo!! It seems like Lapars was shot out of a cannon looks like this race is down to Ross and Carth lets see what they got!!"

Carth saw Ross in front then the Latis made Lapars turn down a different path away from the cameras.

"Lapars what are you doing the race is back there stoooooooop!! Carth cried.

A wall was coming in front the Latis pulled Lapars to fast Lapars could not stop Carth took a poke ball from his belt.

"Lapars return!" Carth yelled out very serious like.

Lapars came back into the Poke ball Carth fell right and into the water. Nobody was around then the latis showed there self to Carth.

"Why did you do that I could have won but instead you bring me and which latis are you Peppy, Zippy, Flash, or Latias!!" Carth said with anger.

"We are sorry and it's Peppy and Zippy but listen you must listen just for a minute it is a very good reason!" Peppy said all worried for Carth.

"What is such a good reason to make me loose just leave me alone I am not a Latios my sister is not a Latias got it!!" Carth then made a run for it he wanted the Latis to leave him alone but what did they wanted from him.

"Wait you must listen to us Carth please before time is up please

"What are you talking about just leave me alone!!" Carth kept running but then he stopped he then fell to his knees the triangle on Carth's stomach than began to glow brighter and brighter.

"What is happening to me I C..... can't e, e, even move Peppy, Zippy what is happening ah Augh!" Carth then fell over to his right side he lost conscious.

"Oh no were to late Zippy find Latias, Bianca, and anyone else Bianca knows that can help hurry!!" Peppy said all worried she knew what was happening to Carth.

Zippy flew off to find all of them Peppy stayed with Carth the blue and white light began to engulf Carth.

"You will be fine Carth just rest for now when you wake up your life will change dramatically." Peppy stayed with Carth waiting for help.

Chapter 16 Latios

"Carth can you hear me Carth are you ok!?"

Carth could hear it was James Carth's eyes were shut he felt around he was laying on some soft grass but Carth felt very strange.

"J... James where am I what happened?" Carth asked in a weak voice.

"Carth I am sorry but I can't even understand you at all if you open your eyes you will see what I mean!" There was some worry in James voice Carth did not have a clue of what was wrong.

Carth began to open his eyes slowly he still felt very strange he could not feel his legs he could barely move his fingers to. As Carth fully opened his eyes he saw Bianca, James, Lorenzo, and the Latis.

Latias helped Carth up and carried him to a small pond of he looked into the water his reflection shocked Carth. There within the water the reflection was of a Latios.

"Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!! No this can't be!!" Carth lifted his arms near his eyes his hands were claws Carth looked behind himself he had blue wings Carth's body was blue and white.

"I am a Latios I am floating I can even feel like I have wings how did this happen!?" Carth was overwhelmed by this he was what seemed impossible for him.

Latias came closes since she and the Latis were the only ones who could understand him.

"Carth listen I know this must come at a great surprise to you but listen last night I sensed that you were losing energy to keep human form if we did not come and got you to somewhere safe you would have turned into a Latios why you were still racing." Latias said gently to Carth.

"So you brought me to the garden but why is James here!?" Carth asked Latias.

"We needed all the help we could get from any of your friends so Bianca got James to help." Latias replied happily."

Carth turned his long neck towards James. James began to back up he showed a lot suprise or was scared of Carth.

"C...Carth I know this must come at great shock to you honestly when I saw you as a Latios in the small canal I didn't even know it was you but your poke balls were around you so I knew then it was it is just hard to believe that all these years my best friend is an Latios!" James felt better but Carth kept floating closer to James.

James kept walking backwards then he tripped over a rock. Carth went towards James and lifted him to his feet.

"Thanks Carth tell m do you like what you are really or do you hate knowing that you are a Latios?"

Carth knew that his poke cries James can't understand so he did what he could he began to write out what he would say in the dirt using his claws.

The message came clear to James in the dirt it was written. It feels very strange it will take time to get use to maybe I will like or I will dislike it.

"I see Carth just well get use to it cause it is time that you start developing your Latis true strength." James said proudly.

"Ah he does not half to do that James just let him has some fun." Bianca said happily.

Then something tap carth on the shoulder it had to be one of the Latis he up to high foir anyone else to get him.

Carth turned around it was Zippy. "Tag your it!" Zippy said joyfully to Carth.

Carth felt weird why would the Latis want him to play a game when he barely knew how to fly.

"I just turned into a Latios and you think I can play a game?" Carth asked in confusion.

"Ah sure you can it easy come you can catch me!" Zippy said in excitement.

"Alright I will try then!" CArth flew after the four Latis trying to tag one.

James walked along with Lorenzo and Bianca he quite a few questions. "So um Bianca if Carth is a Latios does that mean Teila is a Latias?"

"I guess so then tell me if you know who are Carth's parents?" Bianca asked in curiosity.

"Well he never met his real parents he has step parents and let me guess they are also a Latios and Latias?" James replied joyfully.

"I see then do there parents ever talk about the day they got the children?" Bianca asked.

"Never at all but now everything makes sense to me why the rockets are after him." James replied.

"So then how do you think Carth will tel Teila that she is a Latias?" Lorenzo asked curiously.

"Now that is defiantly something I have no clue of I think Carth will do it slow and easy on her!" James replied.


Something then came to James Carth's pokemon should learn the truth. "Hey Carth can you come here for a minute!" James yelled out to Carth.

Carth floated down towards James carth seemed to be getting use to his true form.

"Carth I think you should show your pokemon your true now!" James exclaimed.

The Latios which was Carth just nodded Carth flew over to where James had left the poke balls.
Carth then touched the button in the middle of the poke balls a light burst out of the balls Carth threw Lapars poke ball in the largest pond.

Flygon shook it's head and was amazed of where he was "What is this place Carth where am I hey where are you?" Flygon said looking around.

"Look above you Flygon and all the rest of you guys!" Carth yelled out with pride.

Flygon, Salamence, Lapars, and Charmeleon looked up before there eyes they starred at the blue figure in astonishment.

"Is that you Carth?" Salamence asked.

"It is me guys I don't know how to say this but I am a Latios my entire life I have been one." Carth just kept looking at his pokemon he was hoping that they won't be harsh about this at all.

"I just can't believe the my trainer has been a pokemon the whole time why did you never tell us!?" Charmeleon asked in a very serious tone.

"I did not even know I just turned into one today it's a long story but the Carth which you have known was just a form nothing more this is my true self!" Carth shouted with a worried look.

"Oh and your going to tell me Teila is a Latias now then and going tell that every human I know is a Lati then to!!" Charmeleon yelled with much anger.

"What is your problem Charmeleon Carth never knew, it seems a little weird that he never knew he was a pokemon anyway!" Lapars yelled at Charmeleon.

"Charmeleon I know that you have a problem with me being a pokemon but I Am still Carth so please calm down alright!" Carth shouted at Charmeleon.

"I don't take orders from you anymore!!" Charmeleon was enraged he then was getting ready for a fire spin but right before Charmeleon burst the flame out Latias used a psychic attack on Charmeleon. Charmeleon fell to the ground unconcious

"Sorry about that but I don't like people or pokemon trying to hurt another!" Latias said seriously.

"Now then Latias that was a little uncalled foe I could have easily flew out of the way." Carth exclaimed.

"Don't worry Charmeleon will be fine I just hope him being out will make him think about what he was doing." Latias replied happily.

"Ok Latias as long as Charmeleon will be fine but anyway how do I turn back into my human form?" Carth asked coursilouly.

"Uh Carth I think that is going to be a problem for you."

Great Chapter! So, you did what I did and made some of the Pokemon Rebelious! Well good luck! Look for my story later called Struggle with Team Rocket (Sequal to my other story!)
