-Rotom (does this count as legendary?) lv. 15 (sassy)

No one is gonna want the Kyogre as it has the worst nature possible for a Kyogre.

There are no legit Arceuses in the world yet. Also Shaymin is not officially available and Surf Glitch Shaymins are not allowed here as are Surf Glitch Darkrais.
