    Oi there.
    Can i get any legendarie pokemons before i need to fight te poke league on pokemon emerald?
     
    yes you can get Rayquaza but going back to the place where you last saw him before you vsed the last GYM but be sure to have high pokemon and alot of ultra balls or use your master ball like what i did so i could catch the other legendaries with him/her
