Do you think legendaries are fair or not fair? In my personal opinion legendaries are just like normal pokemon but u get them at higher levels!

Varies. Some NORMAL Pokemon can kick a legendary Pokemon's as.

Legendary status isn't what makes those pokémon prohibited in most competitive battles. The specific pokémon that are labeled ubers tend to be legendaries who have stats, typing, movesets, and/or abilities that would just demolish mostly any strategy, causing an imbalance. Obviously you can say that everyone should be able to use ubers, but without such restrictions, everyone would and we wouldn't have a very interesting time playing competitively.
But yea, certain legendaries are still allowed to be used, and everyone knows of a certain non-legendary who itself is prohibited, thanks to its awesomeness.

Legendaries are unfair imo, they have crazy base stats, take Attack form deoyxs, it would own a whole team by itself, so yeah its not fair imo.
Lol Wobuffet rocks :P, Nowadays I still see noobs complain and whine saying that he isn't uber, I just LOL at them.

Wobuffet is not banned because of how good it is ._.
all it takes is a Sleep Powder or Spore, and the thing is out of your way =/
it's banned because if both trainers take out a Wobuffet, there is no end to the battle.
oh and btw, i don't like using legendaries. there's no excitement in it. aside from that, it's a little sad when the idea of legendary pokemon is that there is one of each and yet, you're going to at least see one in every battle. that kind of thinking might seem childish to you, but really, would you be playing the game if the pokemon were actual pictures of animals? i bet not. nintendo should've done a better job of not allowing legendaries and other hacked pokemon for use in WiFi battles =/

wow I never thought of it like that,
Anyways the only legendary that I used that is banned is Giratina, but the legendaries that aren't banned I only used Zapdos and thats it
