    ABOUT MY HACK IDEA: This is a REMAKE of the legendary garden. I would like to create a hack that takes all of the rare and legendary pokemon, gives them all the best stats, the best moves, and the levels should range from 70 and 100... Some should be shiny, and some can be reguler...

    WHAT TOOLS I HAVE AND WHAT I NEED HELP ON: I have the advanced map tool but the text editor doesnt work on my computer. I would like to have a team to work with, somone to edit the stats, somone to edit the Map of the whole reagon (not the island), patches and anything else

    THE ROM THAT I WANT TO USE: Pokemon Saphire
