Legendary Main Characters?

This was a huge topic on another website that I found. I hope this hasn't been done here yet. Hypothetically, if the series was going to include a Legendary Pokemon as a main character, who would you want it to be? Feel free to vote and post your opinions. Do you pick MewTwo, Jirachi, Entei, or the evil Deoxys? Also, post why you picked the one you did.

Note: I've condensed the candidates down to the 8 most popular ones, as far as I know. If one of your choices isn't on there, feel free to post the choice directly. Ho-Oh isn't on here because he is technically a main character already; he leads Ash everywhere. MewTwo is included because he is still considered by many to be Legendary, even though he technically isn't.

*Deoxys could probably be revived as a villain, or have kids. Think about it. Weirder things have happened in the show...

I vote for myself hehe. Mewtwo! I think he's cute. He also speaks pokemon and human, is psychic, has way kewl legs =} long tail. Does e have any teeth though? wold be nice to see him with some fangs mabey but im rambing. I think mewtwo would be a great shoice, he could just look at rocket dan and off they go ointo the sky hehe

well I choose jirachi because though he/she is legendary its strength was something which should have been improved in the movie, and because you'll most likely never see jirachi again on shows or movies since its a once in a 1000 year thing, I think I'm getting into another abbsesion oh no! AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH*falls on floor and dies*

I wouldn't worry about Jirachi not showing up again yet. Knowing Japan, they'll bring him back in a housou (special) and put it on DVD in the states. Also remember that after the First Movie, we didn't see MewTwo again until after Pokemon 3, so I estimate that after the next two movies would be about when they will do it. Next region...

My choice was Deoxys, but after reading the description of the next movie (he's not truly evil), I changed my vote to MewTwo.

I predict that if this actually takes place, it will be between MewTwo and Jirachi.
