Out of all of them, Kyogre, simply because of its cheapness and easiness to beat the game with XD (The only Pokemon it didn't hit in one turn during the E4 was Cradily)

Out of the Hoenn Legendaries.. I like Latios the best. Its a dragon, its blue, and its adorable ^^ Whats not to like? xD ::huggles it::

Groudon is the best Hoenn lengendary,then Latios,and I also like Registeel for some
reason,probably because of the Metal Claw attack.
