4th Gen legendary starting levels and areas...

I think that i may have been traded a hack or glitched poke and was trying to figure out what level legendaries are found at, and where.
I know some:
3 Birds: lv. 50, "Distant land" (XD) or lv. 50, "Kanto" (FR/LG)
Mewtwo: lv 70, "Kanto" (FR/LG)
Lugia: lv. 50, "Distant land" (XD)
Regis: lv. 40, "Hoenn" (R/S/E)
Kyogre: lv. 70, "Hoenn" (E)
Groudon: lv. 70, "Hoenn" (E)
Rayquaza: lv. 70, "Hoenn" (R/S/E)

Well, what Pokemon do you suspect of being hacked? Those levels you gave are correct, though in Ruby and Sapphire, Groudon and Kyogre are found at lv45, I think. They're lv70 in Emerald.

The two Latis come at Level 40 and can be found basically anywhere in Hoenn as they run around the place.

Which event Pokemon in particular are you looking at?

ya kyogre and groudon are found at lv 45 at r/s and all of those are correct

Mew is Level 30 from Hoenn (or level 10 if the OT is MYSTRY...or something like that). Deoxys is Level 30 from either Hoenn OR Kanto. Celeby is Level 10 from 10 ANIV and Jirachi is Level 5 from WSHMKR. Of course, that's just for the English ones...Serebii has a page that lists them all.
