what do you want for the celebi?
i can give you a tm, D/P legend, items, but i can NOT give you any events except a deoxys MAYBE
 
I'll give you all three Johto starters for Celebi. They are however hatched from eggs I breeded from the Johto starters in emerald. I can also get you A torchic too I think.

Are you sure the Celebi is legit?

EDIT: I can also get you a drifloon. I have plenty from Fridays when I was really bored.
