Alright, this time I put much more time and thought[as well as consideration towards what was said in the last thread, which was locked due to my incompetence...] into this horrendous jumble of Pokemon. All of them have movesets at this point, although I'm still unsure of items and natures on most, as well as EV spreads. So, any help on this is appreciated.
I planned on Weezing and Magnezone being my walls, with Magikarp being a wasted pokemon slot that the Bug-Type Arceus would make up for[as a Special Sweeper, itself] along with Tyranitar. Smeargle I originally had no idea what to do with, until a friend of mine told me to try Baton Passing a Dragon Dance to Tyranitar, so I figured I'd try that and see what you guys thought as well.
No, this team isn't made yet, so don't call me on using Arceus.
No, I cannot change any of these Pokemon species. Arceus and Magikarp stay.
No, this is not for a competitive battle, but for fun ones against my friends.
If you're still reading[or skip intros and go straight to the sets and such], then I'd like to thank you. Here we go[Alphabetical Order, not Leading Order]:
@ Insect Plate, Multitype
Modest, 6 HP, 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed
Judgment
Focus Blast
Earth Power
Ice Beam/Flamethrower
Special Sweeper, making up for how much of a wasted Pokemon slot Magikarp is. Pretty self-explanatory, I feel. Ask if you feel you're missing something.
@ Focus Sash, Swift Swim
Adamant, 6 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd
Splash
Tackle
Flail
----
Magikarp will most likely only last one turn anyways, so it's EV spread really doesn't matter outside of 252 Atk and Adamant Nature to get the most from Flail on its first turn. I'm assuming it to go 2nd in most instances, although with a base Speed of 80 and 252 in Speed, I'd laugh pretty hard if I could get 2 Flails in before it dies.
@ Leftovers / Shuca Berry, Magnet Pull
Relaxed, 252 HP, 138 Def, 120 SpDef
Gyro Ball
Thunder Wave
Explosion
Thunderbolt
This is the set that was posted in my last thread, and it looked good to me. No item was listed, so I thought Leftovers[since, well...it's a wall] or Shuca Berry, which weakens a Supereffective Ground move for those silly Earthquakes I'm bound to get hit with[which, in restrospect, I should just switch to Weezing on. But whatever.].
@ Focus Sash, Own Tempo
???, ???, ???, 252 Spd
Baton Pass
Dragon Dance
Spore
???
Smeargle is the only Pokemon I still can't think of a full set for, since...well...it can learn any move. I originally considered a FEAR set, but then figured that a FEAR set would simply make 2 of my Pokemon wasted slots, with one potentially taking an opponent's Pokemon with it. I talked to a friend of mine and he told me to Baton Pass to Tyranitar, and we discussed what would be worthwhile passing, until we hit Dragon Dance. As for his other 2 moves, EV spread, Nature...and even the item and Ability, I'm really unsure. I figured Own Tempo with a Focus Sash because 1) He's really just going to Pass, as far as I can see, and 2) Because of his mediocre defenses, Focus Sash seemed to be a necessity to me. 252 EVs to Speed simply to give him a higher shot at Passing, I figured.
@ Leftovers, Sand Stream
Quiet, 252 HP, 188 SpAtk, 68 Spd
Substitute
Focus Punch
Dark Pulse
Ice Beam
Again, was told in previous thread to use the boah set for TTar. Not knowing offhand what the set was, I searched here and was linked to Smogon, where I took this set. So...Yeah. Regular boah set, I guess.
@ Leftovers, Levitate
Bold, 252 HP, 240 Def, 16 SpAtk
Flamethrower
Haze
Pain Split
Will-O-Wisp
This set was posted in the last thread, and 2+ people said it was a good set and I should use it. I agree with that statement, and figured regardless of my own set I'd be inched towards this one anyways, so, there it is. I prefer the Flamethrower to Thunderbolt because of Magnezone having Thunderbolt, but whatever, personal preference I guess.
Whether you read that awful wall of text or not, I'd like to thank whoever helps out in advance, and apologize for my ignorance in the first thread where I posted the same thing[but a little more empty].
