i have 6iv timid xerneas, need a 5-6iv timid blue flare and fusion flare if possible together victini
 
i would prefer the blue flare as i have the timid fusion
do u have jolly or adamant phantom force arceus?

Do you mean Shadow Force? Arceus can't learn Phantom Force :/. But no, I don't have that. Is there anything else you'd take?

yes that is an event move arceus that is simply powerful.
how about a jirachi with ice punch, iron head, thunder punch, drain punch
