LF: A Few Pokemon

Hello!
I am looking for a few pokemon:

Piplup (m)
Feebas (f)
Dratini (m)
Espeon (f)

all as close to level one as possible (I like training them myself!)

I just started the game, and I would like to build my team :D

I would also MORE than appreciate an EXP. Share if anyone has a spare one handy, or one they wouldn't mind parting with. I would be SO grateful!

I don't have anything "good" to offer you, other than the satisfaction of helping out a fellow Pokemon player :) I just started the game (I only have one badge) so I don't have any Pokemon other than Starlys, Shinxs, ect to trade you!

I have been on wifi.
A friend of mine gave me a misdreavus and a mareep :D
I think you only need to get your first badge to be able to use wifi :)

Someone gave my brother a lv 1 espeon.
I don't think it was legit though ^^
