It's got a naughty nature and is unfortunately only missing the 31 in attack, but you should be able to breed for a new nature/IV spread with the hidden ability - it also has dragon dance as an EM.
But if you didn't mind waiting, I could breed a few and try for a new IV spread, but Bagon eggs take a bit to hatch :p
