(I will update this post as I gain knowledge, recommendations, add Pokemon to my list, and try different things!) Yosif, how goes it? I just recently started playing Pokemon again earlier this year when I picked up a 3DS and Pokemon Y at a pawn shop, now I just got Omega Ruby and I;m just getting into the Competetive scene and for the first time have acess to trading. (No link cable when I had Gold and Silver, I stopped playing in 2nd Gen)

I'd basically really appreciate reccomendations/adice/helpful tips on how to better shape up my Current and Future Competetive Pokemon!

Shadow Ball and Dark Pulse have redundant coverage on Gengar. The rule of thumb here is to go with the one that has STAB; in that case, use Shadow Ball. Gengar can make use of Life Orb to power up its attacks. It also has a useful set of resistances, despite its frailty, meaning it can also go for offensive support sets:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Wave/Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast
    -Destiny Bond/Taunt
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

    or
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Taunt/Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave/Disable
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 28 HP/148 SAtk/80 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge

    or
    -Hex
    -Taunt
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Sludge Wave/Sludge Bomb/Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 8 HP/248 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge

As an FYI, if you're playing by Smogon rules, Mega Mawile, Greninja and Aegislash are in the Uber tier, meaning you can't use them in standard teams.

Anyway, since this seems like you're just using this for Wi-Fi battles in general, they're okay.

Greninja gained Gunk Shot and Low Kick in OR/AS. This made it difficult to counter, as Gunk Shot tears through Fairy Pokemon (it had a hard time doing this with just Hydro Pump in X/Y), while Low Kick is a more reliable alternative to hit Heatran and Tyranitar:
    -Hydro Pump/Low Kick
    -Ice Beam
    -Gunk Shot
    -Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Fire)/Grass Knot/Extrasensory
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 40 Atk/216 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Abiilty: Protean

Wash Rotom is best played as a defensive pivot. Offensive sets are straight-up outclassed by Thundurus, Mega Manectric and Raikou:
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split/Rest
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

Outside of hitting Keldeo and Chesnaught, Acrobatics (and Aerial Ace by extension) is useless on Scizor. Mega Stones aren't used up when a Pokemon Mega Evolves, furthering Acrobatics' uselessness. It can act as a Swords Dance sweeper (offensive or defensive):
    -Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -Knock Off/Superpower/U-turn
    -Roost
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/44 Atk/16 Def/200 SDef
    Item: Scizorite
    Ability: Technician

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Bug Bite
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Scizorite/Life Orb
    Ability: Technician

Quagsire has access to Recover; you really should be using that, as without it, it gets worn down fast. Scald is also preferred over Waterfall for the burn chance:
    -Scald
    -Earthquake
    -Toxic
    -Recover
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware

Air Slash is useless on Charizard Y, as a neutral sun-boosted STAB Fire Blast still outdamages a 2x super effective Air Slash. Solar Beam is also a requirement on it, as it doesn't need a charge-up turn in sunlight; it's also a neat way to get rid of Water, Rock and Ground Pokemon, as Charizard struggles against them without Solar Beam:
    -Fire Blast/Flamethrower
    -Solar Beam
    -Focus Blast
    -Roost/Dragon Pulse
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Charizardite Y

The Hypnosis + Dream Eater combo is bad because the first thing the opponent does with a sleeping Pokemon is to switch it out, rendering Dream Eater useless. There are also better defensive Dark Pokemon out there than Spiritomb, like Mandibuzz:
    -Foul Play
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Whirlwind
    -Defog/Toxic/Knock Off
    Nature: Bold/Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/136 Def/108 SDef/16 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Overcoat

Scolipede also needs Protect to function to stall for a Speed boost:
    -Megahorn
    -Poison Jab/Rock Slide
    -Earthquake
    -Protect
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 68 HP/252 Atk/188 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Speed Boost

Mawile has little use for Thunder Punch and Ice Punch. Any Water and Flying Pokemon are hit hard by Play Rough. Dragons are also hit harder by Play Rough than by Ice Punch. And speaking of Play Rough, why are you not using it? Mega Mawile also needs Sucker Punch to compensate for its poor Speed:
    -Play Rough
    -Iron Head
    -Sucker Punch
    -Swords Dance/Substitute
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 132 HP/252 Atk/124 Spe
    Item: Mawilite
    Ability: Intimidate

    or
    -Substitute
    -Focus Punch
    -Play Rough/Iron Head
    -Sucker Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 172 HP/252 Atk/84 Spe
    Item: Mawilite
    Ability: Intimidate

    or
    -Play Rough
    -Foul Play
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Mawilite
    Ability Intimidate

As I've said multiple times in the past the Swords Dance + King's Shield set is terrible on Aegislash because it's easily walled and crippled by burn. Special Aegislash, believe it or not, is the more effective way to use it; its offensive stats in both forms happen to be equal:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Shadow Sneak/Iron Head
    -Sacred Sword/Iron Head/Pursuit
    -King's Shield
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Substitute
    -Toxic
    -King's Shield
    -Shadow Ball
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Shadow Ball
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Flash Cannon
    -Sacred Sword/Pursuit
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Iron Head/Shadow Claw
    -Sacred Sword/Head Smash
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    For in-progress stuff:
Alakazam is too frail to make use of Calm Mind or Recover, IMO. It's better off all-out attacking, locking walls into support moves with Encore, or paralyzing threats with Thunder Wave before it's taken out:
    -Psychic/Psyshock
    -Shadow Ball
    -Focus Blast
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)/Encore/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Alakazite/Focus Sash
    Ability: Magic Guard

Dragonite should stick to physical moves only; its physical Attack is much better than its Special Attack:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Dragon Claw/Outrage
    -Earthquake/Fire Punch
    -Extreme Speed
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Ability: Multiscale

    or
    -Outrage
    -Extreme Speed
    -Earthquake/Superpower
    -Dragon Claw/Fire Punch
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Multiscale

    or
    -Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake/Fire Punch
    -Extreme Speed
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 216 HP/64 Atk/228 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Multiscale

Aggron's Mega Evolution is the sole reason why it's even used in the first place nowadays thanks to its better bulk, Filter ability to weaken super effective hits and better typing (to no longer have to deal with regular Aggron's 4x weaknesses to Fighting and Ground):
    -Stealth Rock
    -Heavy Slam/Iron Head
    -Thunder Wave/Ice Punch/Avalanche
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide/Fire Punch
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

Tyranitar has better coverage moves than Aerial Ace. It can go offensive or defensive and there are better ways to do that. It's also too bulky for Focus Sash, despite its not-so-good defensive typing. Pursuit Tyranitar also makes a fantastic partner for Charizard Y, as it can eliminate the Latis before the latter comes in to wreck things:
    -Stone Edge
    -Crunch/Ice Punch
    -Earthquake/Superpower
    -Pursuit
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Sand Stream

    or
    -Stone Edge
    -Crunch
    -Superpower/Fire Punch
    -Pursuit/Fire Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 100 HP/252 Atk/156 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Sand Stream

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Stone Edge
    -Pursuit
    -Ice Beam/Fire Blast/Crunch
    Nature: Relaxed/Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/36 Def/224 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Stream

Outrage > Dragon Claw on Tyrantrum; it needs the raw power of Outrage to break through bulky Ground Pokemon.

Garchomp is better off just using Swords Dance over Hone Claws. It gives a bigger boost in Attack. Dragon Rush isn't worth considering, as it's inaccurate:
    -Swords Dance
    -Dragon Claw/Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Substitute/Fire Fang/Stone Edge
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Salac Berry/Lum Berry/Life Orb

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Swords Dance
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry/Focus Sash

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Dragon Tail
    -Earthquake/Toxic
    -Fire Blast/Toxic
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/164 Def/92 Spe
    Item: Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Rough Skin

While Power Herb + Sky Attack gives Hawlucha a faster way to activate Unburden, Sky Attack is a wasted moveslot after that. Substitute + Sitrus Berry is a more reliable alternative. Acrobatics also pairs well with the fact that Hawlucha relies on consumable items to function:
    -Swords Dance
    -High Jump Kick
    -Acrobatics
    -Substitute
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 8 HP/252 Atk/248 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Unburden

Swampert is only good in its Mega Evolution on rain teams. Its regular form is outclassed otherwise. Don't bother with it unless you plan on building a rain team around it.

Physical Charizard should be using Charizardite X as the item. As Charizard X, it has a better defensive and offensive typing, as well as higher Attack and the Tough Claws ability to make use of its physical move pool. Once again, Aerial Ace isn't that useful on it:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake/Roost
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 104 HP/220 Atk/184 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Dragon Claw/Earthquake
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/24 Atk/180 SDef/56 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Dragon Claw
    -Tailwind
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 40 HP/252 Atk/216 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

Again, there are better Dark Pokemon out there than Spiritomb. In the offensive department, Bisharp is better, due to its better Attack, Speed, and to a lesser extent, defensive typing:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Dread Plate/Black Glasses
    Ability: Defiant

    or
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 192 HP/220 Atk/96 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Defiant

Refer to the above Greninja and Mega Mawile sets.
