I am looking for a quiet eevee with wish egg move and if you know ivs please state them

i am offering these pokes all of them are untouched unless stated otherwise:
impish scyther
rash eevee
modest chimchar with egg moves thunder punch and fire punch
jolly medicham
can breed a spiritomb with painsplit and destiny bond egg moves

Anybody have what i'm looking for?

i can also offer a shiney rapidash if the eevee has 31 iv in two stats of sp atk, def, sp def

I can get this for you, but I can't check iv's. Also, do you have any rare candies? If so how many will you give?
