I know they're not gonna be legit, and I don't want to keep them, I just need the Dex info to complete mine. Unless you can get the shiny charm without needing them, in which case can someone let me know so I can take this post down please?
Willing to put up a legendary or shiny as insurance so I don't just run off with them - again, only looking for the Dex info.

1. Yes, you can receive the charm without them.

2. Volcanion and Hoopa are not tradable, meaning a trade for them would fail.

3. Even if they were tradable, it is against the rules.
