PokeCommunity doesn't support the hacking/modifying using an external device of Pokemon, which would encompass making Pokemon have flawless IVs, changing their nature, and making them shiny all via Powersaves. Cloning with Powersaves, however, is allowed, as this does not change the Pokemon itself. Might want to alter some of your list :)

I'm not even sure you understand the amount of work you just requested for "event clones FT"

Just to add on, I'm sorry to tell you that your GAMESTP Celebi is certainly a hack (it's an unreleased event). I found out the hard way and had to release mine that was competitively viable.
