Thanks for looking.

I need:

an Arceus with extremespeed (would like adamant... but beggars can't be choosers)

an adamant Ho-oh with regenerator ability.

a jolly/adamant Groudon

I don't care about names or country or origin (please no ridiculous "nicknames").

I've been fairly busy with school and family these days so I haven't had the time to play that I want

but I do have a few things for trade.

I picked up 4! Yes four! Mews for some event vivillions and and a speed boost torchic. So, I have:

3x Mew

Timid Mewtwo (Mewtonite X for trade)

2x speedboost blaziken/torchic (one jolly one adamant)

2x Zygarde

a few handfuls of starter pokemon from wonder trading.

various items, pokemon and stones.
