[General] LF Manaphy and Marshadow

I'm looking for a Manaphy and a Marshadow to finish up my living dex.

I mostly have shinies to offer including:
Gastly, Rhyhorn, Lapras, Magmar, Electabuzz, Porygon, Chimchar and Grookey

Other then that i can only really offer mons obtainable through playthrough that i have spare, e.g Zamazenta, Eternatus, Kubfu, Spectrier, Regidrago etc.

Also HA Galar starters if anyone missed those.

Do you have a spare hoopa you could trade, will give you both manaphy and marshadow if you can.
