    I've been trying to get a Raikou or get its dex information for months with no luck. I've got Gamestp Deoxys, Aniv Celebis, Ho-ohs, and shinies to trade for it. I need a trade up front not waiting.

    How much are you willing to trade for it? Do you have suicune?
