English Shinies : Milotic, Eevee, Riolu, Pikachu, Silvally, Duradulon, Gastly, mimikyu

Not english shinies : Terrakion

Also : Keldeo, Solgaleo, Celebi, Mew, Mewtwo, Virizion

Is your dracovish english? Who is the OT?
I hope the IV's are not perfect. I really want a legit one and perfect IV's always looks non-legit. Especially for a dracovish.
