I think that the shiny Milotic is REALLY beautiful, and was hoping maybe someone could trade me for a Feebas so I can train one myself? Here are a couple things I can offer:

I just checked before I went in, it says caught at level 11 but it's at 46. Which definately means it's not UT. >.<
