Tanglea can learn apower at lv 33 so ther is not uch pint trading just for that move besides tangegrowth spdefence and speed is really bad.

That's why I would like a shiny one that is a low level so it can learn ancient power at level 33. Plus I can ev it with all the power Items I have and I can give it the pokerus disease so it can grow faster. Do you have one?
