I hate shiny event pokemon,because it's 100% hacked
We(japanese)heart that shiny does not occur in event pokemon from japanese
pokemon official site
I don't know foreign country's pokemon,but for example shiny movie shaymin is
100% hacked
 
hm.. well here in america they are legit, by soft reseting the wondercard u can get a shiny one, i will try to give it to u,
