    Anyone has the Wish event Pokemon, they're Pokemon like Chansey, Bagon, etc who can't learn wish with normal means. I'll be offering my Shiny Modest Lugia legit if i can find some generous souls' help... Thank you so much.. My FC: 2063 5040 3381
     
    So you are looking for Chansey that knows or doesn't know Wish?
     
    That knows obviously. He clearly stated that it can't normally learn it. It's an event move.

    Some people have traded me a few Wish Event Pokemon. Now i just need Wish Pichu, Wish Ralts, Wish Bagon, Wish Exeggcute, Wish Kangaskhan, Wish Drowzee to complete my list. I have a few shinys and events but i cant clone.. So if anyone who can clone is willing to have my events or shinys for Wish, i can consider that.. Thank you. I do accept generosity in case someone kind is giving it for not much lol... Thanks again
