Man... you had to post this when I was away? XD...
Any rules are fine. I haven't exactly have much experience making rules so, how about this?
Rules:
Make an image greater than 0px by 0px and smaller than 500px by 300px. No stealing is allowed, so refrain from cheating. I don't know if I should say that any software is allowed or...

...only usage of MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Paint XDDDDDD.
Which means... things like pixel art.
And... no importing pre-made images other than a single specialized image you wish to use as the centerpiece of your image! Meaning, it has to be completely from scratch, except for a render or drawing (etc.) that you want your sig to centralize on! This image cannot be bigger than half the final product!
This includes the rather cool tech style image that Microsoft office products show on the start-up box thingy! But, any other parts of Microsoft office products can be used, meaning clip art (X.x) can be used if you wish!
