Prolouge: A young 12-year old girl makes a wish that she had no idea would come true. The next morning when she wakes up, BOOM! She's a Murkrow. Even though she's always wanted to be one, Amy Kyoto Ryokou never knew what she was getting into.

Life Being a Murkrow
Chapter One: Kyoto a.k.a Amy

"Kyoto!" called Mrs. Humana
"W-w-w-wha! Yes, yes, yes!" Kyoto snapped.
"I asked you, what is the type of Sableye?" asked Mrs. Humana.
"Uhhh… ghost?" replied Kyoto.
"And…" said Mrs. Humana.
"Bug?" replied Kyoto. Everyone in the class started laughing.
"No. You didn't pay attention. It's ghost and dark," sighed Mrs. Humana. This is daily life of Kyoto a.k.a Amy. She's a daydreamer she almost never pays attention. Amy lives in Vendenturf. It's quite small there. Amy has always been the lowest in her class. She has no friends, nowhere to really go, and barely any money. All she has to keep her company is her Tailow, Tallow. She's always dreamed of being a Murkrow. She's always just wanted to fly away. Everyone thinks that Murkrows are ugly and stupid, but Amy thinks that they're graceful and cunning. One beautiful afternoon when Amy looked out her bedroom window, Amy saw the first star in the sky and made a wish.
"I wish I could be a Murkrow, please, please, grant my wish!" said Amy. She had a feeling that this was physically impossible, but she was just having some fun. Her mother called her, and she ran out her room and down the stairs.
"Time for dinner," said her mother, Mrs. Ryokou, "Go wash up!" Amy ran to the bathroom where Tallow was taking a shower in the sink.
"Tallow! What are you doing!" laughed Amy.
"Tailow, Tai!" squeaked Tallow. He jumped out and shook his feathers. Amy went back into the kitchen and had some dinner.
"So how was your day, dad?" asked Amy.
"Well honey, it was an okay day," replied her father, Mr. Ryokou.
"Why is it always an okay day?" asked Amy.
"Uhhh… who wants some dessert?" interrupted Mrs. Ryokou.
"Me!" smiled Mr. Ryokou. Then the door suddenly opened and Amy's brother Korma came in.
"Hello there, darling!" greeted Mrs. Ryokou. Korma just sat down and ate. He's pretty quiet. He's older then Amy, he's 16 and Amy's 12.
"Well, I saw the first star in the sky tonight," pointed out Amy.
"Did you make a wish?" asked Mr. Ryokou.
"I did," replied Amy.
"What did you wish?" asked Korma.
"I can't tell you! If I did it wouldn't come true!" snapped Amy. She clearly didn't want anyone to laugh at her for her silly wish. Mrs. Ryokou made some apple cinnamon pie (with a hint of Pinap berry even though it's for Pokemon!)
"Mmm… that smells delicious, honey," complimented Mr. Ryokou. Everyone started eating it except Amy.
"Don't you want some pie?" asked Mrs. Ryokou.
"I don't feel like eating. I'm full," murmured Amy, "I think I'll go to bed."
"Well, good night," said Mr. Ryokou. Amy scuttled off to bed.
It still would be cool if I could turn into a Murkrow. I wonder, maybe it can actually happen if you believe hard enough. Amy thought.

It's very good, but I think you should paragraph a bit differently. Try putting a whole extra blank line between your paragraphs. This will make reading it much easier.

I love the idea though. I've never read a fanfic with Murkow in it before! Keep it coming!!

Anyway, this fanfic does need some improvement. First of all, you need to work on your surrounding descriptions. Describe the surroundings first. Then, you need description for the characters. Describe your characters. Now, you need to seperate paragraphs.

Chapter Two: Transformation

Chapter Two: Transformation

Amy had trouble sleeping that night. She kept waking up from feeling like she was changing. She really started to feel sick. She finally fell asleep. In the morning she woke up, and her skin was turning darker! She hopped out of bed just thinking it was dirt. She looked into her mirror and for some apparent reason, it looked like her nuzzle was getting longer! She rubbed her skin, but felt softness! Her skin was pitch black now. The top of her hair turned into a spiky tuft. She felt a line across her head; her hair was pitch black too. All of the sudden, she grew this circular disk around her head. She started to get smaller and smaller. She now had wings! She grew feathers and a beak; she was now a Murkrow.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!" she screamed (well actually cawed.)

"Is anything wrong, honey? It sounds like you have a scratchy voice today!" called Mrs. Ryokou. Tallow just woke up and saw Amy cawing. He flew down to her and started speaking!
"What the heck happened to you?!" he screeched.

"I-I-I-I-I-I don't know?" replied Amy.

"Well, it looks like you're a Murkrow now," pointed out Tallow.

"Wait a second! You can talk!" said Amy.

"No, you can understand me. We're both Pokemon you know," said Tallow.

"Honey! What's going on in there?" called Mrs. Ryokou.

"How do I speak to my mom?" asked Amy.

"Well, I don't think you can," said Tallow.
Mrs. Ryokou opened the door and gasped.
"Kyoto dear?" she murmured, "No you can't be." Amy grabbed a pen and wrote on a piece of paper:

Last night I wished that I were a Murkrow. I guess my wish came true. This is Amy writing now. Please, don't panic.

Mrs. Ryokou did panic, a lot. She screamed and everyone went into Amy's room. Korma and Mr. Ryokou gasped when they saw the note.

"You mean," said Mr. Ryokou.

"Amy's a Murkrow?" asked Korma. Mrs. Ryokou nodded. All of them just stared at Amy and Tallow. They all left, very worried.

"What am I supposed to do?" asked Amy.
"Well, I do know this man," suggested Tallow, "He might know something."

"What's his name?"

"Korari."

"Take me to him!"

"Hey, don't be pushy! He's all the way in Petalburg! It might take us while before we get there."

"Then let's start now!"

"Fine, fine, have it your way."

"We leave a dawn!"

Chapter Three: Malodor and Naomi

"I want this, and this. Oooh! I want that too!" Amy picked out her things that she wanted to bring on the journey.

"Remember, we're Pokemon, so you can't get most human essential needs," pointed out Tallow.

"How come you speak like some genius?" asked Amy.

"Well, I don't know. I never noticed it before," replied Tallow.

"You know, not most flying types are the smartest."

"Well then, I guess then I'm an exception."

"See! There you go again talking like a genius!"

"What do you mean?"

"Most people and Pokemon would say 'I guess I'm not then.' but you say, 'well then, I guess then I'm an exception.' What's up with that?"

"Whatever. Remember, don't bring food or water."

"ARE YOU CRAZY!!! What, you want us to die!?"

"No, no, no. We have to eat berries and drink from the lake." Amy grabbed her change purse (perfect size for a Murkrow!) Tallow grabbed Amy's knap sack instead. Amy wrote a note telling her mom that she went on a journey to Petalburg. Amy packed her last piece of cloth (for making a small bed) and flew out the window. All the kids saw her and threw rocks and sticks at her.

"Ewww! It's a Murkrow!" laughed a girl.

"It ugly!!!" screamed one of the boys. One of the rocks hit Amy in the wing and she dropped.

"Ha ha!" laughed one of the boys. They all started throwing rocks and sticks at her wings.

"Mur! Murkrow!" Amy cawed. Suddenly a loud roar scared all the kids (they still didn't move.) A huge Charizard popped up along with a Ninetails. All the kids threw big rocks at the Charizard and Ninetails. The Ninetails used Fire Spin to really scare. Both the Charizard and Ninetails started to roar. All the kids cried and ran home.

"You okay?" asked the Ninetails.

"Yeah," replied Amy rubbing her head.

"Jeez, they must really hate you!" said the Charizard, "By the way, I'm Malodor and she is Naomi."

"It's a pleasure," bowed Naomi. Naomi was a fairly decent sized Ninetails she was a little small. Malodor on the other hand was huge. Not fat, just really, really big.

"So where ya headin'?" asked Malodor.

"Petalburg city," said Tallow.

"What a coincidence! We're going there too!" said Naomi.

"Why?" asked Amy.

"Well, please don't think that I'm crazy. I made a wish to be a Charizard and it came true!" said Malodor.

"Really?" asked Amy, "The same exact thing happened to me!"

"Let me guess, that Ninetails is your Pokemon friend?" asked Tallow.

"How'd ya know?" asked Malodor.

"I could feel it," replied Tallow.

"If you're going to Petalburg, how come you're coming nearer to Vendenturf?" asked Amy.

"We just left today, so we just heard you," replied Naomi. They decided to stay with each other on the journey. All four of them, off to see Korari.

Chapter Four: Ludicolo Confusion

Chapter Four: Ludicolo Confusion

It was getting late, and Amy was starting to fall asleep. Malodor picked Amy up and held her all the way.

"Judging by the moon, it's 12:00!" Naomi said.

"Maybe we should sleep here tonight," Tallow landed on an open space.

"We're in some kind of forest. I hope we're going the right way to Mauville," said Naomi.

"OH!!! Ludicolo! OH!!! Ludicolo!" yelled some voice.

"Hey, that sounded like Ludicolo!" said Naomi.

"It's coming from that direction!" pointed Amy. They went north and found tons of Ludicolo dancing.

"Welcome! Welcome! To the Ludicolo den!!!" they sang.

"Uhhh… hello? Do you know how to get out of this forest?" asked Amy.

"Hey! Little Murkrow! Do you know how to get out of this forest?" asked one of Ludicolos.

"Well, I just asked you so clearly I don't," said Amy.

"It looks like you don't. How come you say you do?" asked another.

"What? We never said we did!" said Tallow.

"Hmmm… why are you confusing us? First you said you didn't, now you're saying that you did!" yelled the Ludicolo.
"Oh forget you! You clearly don't know what you're talking about!" yelled Malodor. The Ludicolos gasped.

"You never say that we are wrong!!! Doom on you!" yelled the head Ludicolo. They were getting ready to do Hydro Pump.

"RUN AWAY!!!!!!!" all the Ludicolo screamed. Suddenly a winged Pokemon flew over them. The Ludicolos ran and ran. When they were all cleared, the Pokemon landed… it was a Noctowl!

"What would a Charizard, Ninetails, Tailow and a Murkrow be doing here?" it asked.

"We're trying to get to a man named Korari," replied Amy.

"You're looking at him," replied the Noctowl.

"You mean," said Malodor.

"Yep, I'm Korari," said Korari. Amy's mouth dropped. She started talking to Korari about her mishap, and Korari could do nothing. She was very sad about that, but luckily he knew someone who was in Pallet town, so then that's where they were heading.

Chapter Five: Danger With Sevipers

The four were walking out of the forest when a Zangoose and a Seviper were fighting.

"You want more scars? Well then you fought the right Zangoose!" yelled the Zangoose.

"Come here you furry flea bag!" teased the Seviper. The Seviper was trying to bite the Zangoose, and the Zangoose tried to slash the Seviper. Then tons of Sevipers started slithering to the Zangoose.

"NOT FAIR!" howled the Zangoose, "You know I don't have a family!"

"Oh yes I know," said the Seviper, "I know quite clearly, Makita."

"Hey! Leave that Zangoose alone!" yelled Amy while throwing a rock at the Seviper's head.

"Maybe you don't what Seviper is, small fry," snapped the Seviper, "Or maybe you've never heard of me, Silos!"

"What kind of a name is Silos?!" argued Amy.

"Amy, stay back," whispered Tallow, "You haven't got a clue of what Sevipers are capable of."

"Oh yes I do! And I'm not afraid of them!" yelled Amy, independently. All the Sevipers started hissing and slithering forward to Amy.

"Amy! Use Peck!" called Naomi. Amy charged forward with her beak and stabbed one of the Sevipers.

"Hey! Aren't you going to help me!?" asked Amy. Malodor and Naomi looked at each other and nodded. Naomi jumped onto Malodor's back and they both used Flamethrower. Korari flew up into the air and struck two Sevipers. When all of them were down, Amy used Night Shade on Silos.

"Thank you very much!" thanked the Zangoose, "I guess since you heard Silos, my name is Makita."

"Pleasure, Makita!" smiled Tallow. Korari introduced Makita to Naomi, Malodor, Tallow and Amy.
"Hey! How did you know our names?" asked Amy.

"I've been watching for a while," replied Korari. Makita decided to travel with them since she has no family.

"Sad," said Naomi, "I've been with Malodor for 13 years, ever since I was a Vulpix."

"I have to say something," said Amy, "Me and Malodor wished upon a star to be the Pokemon that you see now, and it worked."

"Woah! That's amazing!" gasped Makita.

"Well, we better get going," said Malodor, and they walked off.

Later that night, Korari sat down and started to talk to Amy.

"About that Seviper battle," started Korari.

"Yeah, what about it?" asked Amy.

"Please, don't interrupt me," said Korari, "Next time do not act so brave. Remember, you're only a little Murkrow. Those Sevipers could've captured you easily and cook you for dinner. So all I'm trying to say is never put yourself in danger like that again."

"But," started Amy.

"No buts, don't do it again. No off you go to bed," said Korari, fatherly. Amy sat in a tree and slept threw the night peacefully.

The next morning Amy woke up and saw that Tallow was gone.

"Where's Tallow?" she asked.

"He's off to get some wood," replied Makita.

"But it's day," said Amy.

"Don't you want some nice breakfast with a fire?" asked Malodor.

"I guess, but who's going to start the fire?" asked Amy.

"Why, me of course!" replied Naomi.

"Hmmm… I'll be searching for berries in the woods," said Amy. Amy flew around looking for berries, when suddenly she saw Tallow face to face with a Zigzagoon.

"You want the wood? Well then come and get it birdie boy!" teased the Zigzagoon. He talked quite quickly, and it was almost impossible to understand.

"Bring it on. I was meant for speed!" replied Tallow. They started to battle and Tallow did a vicious Peck attack at the Zigzagoon. He finished it off with Wing Attack.

"D-d-don't hurt m-m-me," cried the Zigzagoon. It ran off.

"Yeah you better run!" yelled Tallow. Suddenly Tallow started changing! He was evolving! In two minutes he was a Swellow!

"Cool!" cried Amy. It made Tallow jump.

"Oh yeah, it's pretty darn cool," replied Tallow. Amy found some berries that the Zigzagoon dropped and Tallow got the wood. When Tallow came back, every one was surprised. Makita lay the wood on the ground and Naomi used Ember to start the fire.

"So, I recon we'll be able to get to Pallet town in a month," said Korari.

"A month! That'll take to long!" yelled Amy.

"Excuse me, but why do you guys need to get to Pallet town?" asked Makita.

"Remember when I told about our little mishap, well we can fix it there," replied Amy.

"Hey! I know a quick way to Pallet town!" suggested Makita. Makita told them all about her shortcut, and they decided to go. The trouble was that it was kind of dangerous, but they still wanted to go.

Makita lead the way to her little shortcut.

"Now you must be very, very, very quiet. For these mountains are very sensitive to noise. If you even talk louder than me you'll be smashed to death by these walls," whispered Makita. Everyone nodded. They all started walking down the narrow road in a single file line. Suddenly, and a Spinarack through a rock at Amy's foot.

"Eeep!" yelped Amy.

"Shhh!!!" hushed everyone (but Amy.), but it was to late, the rocks started to rumble and they started to fall!

"RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!" they all screamed. Malodor grabbed Naomi and Makita and put them on his back. Amy, Korari, Tallow, and Malodor flew away from the avalanche. They landed at the end of the mountains and Korari started to scorn at Amy.

"What the heck were you thinking?! You almost got us killed! You're a lousy, clumsy, forgetful fool! You're useless! You should go home and stay there! I don't care if you're a Murkrow! Maybe some one might be able to use you! You could get smarter and actually learn something you good for nothing idiot!!!" yelled Korari. Amy looked down in shame. She started to cry.

"Oh yeah! Well I'm no stupid, old fart who needs a cane to walk!!!" cried Amy, "I'll go home where some one will actually love me! You care about no one but yourself!" Amy flew away crying. Korari just stared at her, and then shook his head. All the others just stood there.

"Well come on Ms. Navigator, show us the way!" yelled Korari. Makita ran in front of the others and started to walk.

I should go back for Amy. She can't survive on her own. She doesn't even have her knap sack. I have to go back! Thought Tallow. He started to fly over Korari's head, but then Korari stopped him.

"Where do you think you're going?" asked Korari.

"I'm going back to help Amy," replied Tallow.

"Don't. She doesn't deserve to live. That fool will learn to find her own way to survive, or maybe not! In fact, yeah she's too stupid to! Hahahahahaha!!!" laughed Korari.

"She's not stupid! Never insult her in front of me!" snapped Tallow; "You haven't lived with her for twelve years ever since you were a Hoothoot!"

"What's wrong with you?" asked Korari.

"What's wrong with you?" asked Tallow.
"Haven't you noticed all this time that I'm against Amy? I hate her guts. And to be quite frank, I think she deserves to be a Murkrow!" replied Korari. Tallow pushed through Korari.

"You guys! Korari's a trader! A back stabber! He's been using us all this time!" yelled Tallow.

"Shut up you idiot!" commanded Korari. Everyone turned to Korari.

"So you've been using us!" yelled Makita.

"Just to get us away from Amy!" yelled Naomi.

"You're a liar! A double-crosser! We should've never trusted you!" yelled Malodor, "Go help Amy, Tallow! We'll take care of Korari." Tallow nodded and flew off, while Malodor held Korari threw him up into the air. Naomi used Flamethrower to take him higher, and Makita used Body Slam to slam him onto the ground. Malodor grabbed him again and threw him off the cliff (he was to weak to fly.)

"I will return!" his voice faded as he fell.

Chapter Eight: Hunter Territory

Chapter Eight: Hunter Territory

Tallow flew very fast and gracefully through the forest.

"Hey! You must not be getting away for what you did to us!" yelled one of the Ludicolo. Tallow just knocked him the back of the head with his foot. He swiftly weaved through the trees and finally found Amy resting on a tree branch.

"Amy!" called Tallow.

"What do you want? I thought I was a useless moron," replied Amy. Tallow landed on the tree branch beside her.
"You're not though," said Tallow, "Yes, so you might not be the most careful at times, but we all have are strengths and weaknesses."

"My weakness is stupidity, and strength is stupidity," scowled Amy.

"NO! You don't get it! You're not stupid! Murkrows are not stupid! And you said it your self!" snapped Tallow. Amy looked up at him and nodded.

"Wait. Tallow look down. This is a hunting ground!" pointed Amy. Suddenly a net fell down on them and some man captured them. He looked pretty dirty. He had a gun and a little pocketknife. He was in army clothing (though he wasn't in the army.) He talked in third person.

"Hehehe, Ambo has you now!" he laughed. Tallow and Amy wriggled in the net. Tallow cut open a small hole through the net for Amy to get out. She got out and ripped hole even bigger Tallow flew off. There was a sound of a gunshot, Amy turned around and saw Tallow on the ground with a shot in his left wing. Amy's eyes turned red, and all of the sudden she found herself using Perish Song. She remembered that if you were not in battle, Perish Song would effect in 3 hours. She had to find Malodor, Naomi and Makita in 3 hours while carrying Tallow. She took a deep breath wiped away her tears and picked up Tallow. She flew as fast as she could weave through the trees.

Two hours later she finally found the rest. They told her about Korari and they wrapped Tallow's wing with a special type of grass and a little bit of some Oran berry juice. Malodor decided to carry Tallow and Amy since they were going to faint soon.

A couple hours later Tallow and Amy woke up on the grass by a little pond. Amy rolled over to Tallow.

"You okay?" she asked.

"Yep, I think so," replied Tallow. He looked at his wing and then looked at Amy.

"Hey! You guys are awake!" said Makita.

"How are you feeling?" asked Naomi.

"We're both pretty good," said Amy. Tallow told them all about the hunter shooting him.

"That means we better be careful and watch our backs," said Malodor, "So we don't get shot there!"

Chapter Nine: Doom in the Cave of Origin

"We're going in there?" asked Amy.



"Yep," replied Makita. They walked inside a dark, damp, muggy Cave of Origin. Each time they took 10 steps rumbling happened.



"Eeek!" squealed Amy, "What the heck is that?"



"Shhh! It's either Kyogre or Groudon," replied Makita, "After all, we're in the Cave of Origin."



"Aww, to bad we can't catch one," said Malodor.



"You would even try! That's sick! You shouldn't! You would be disturbing the peace!" snapped Makita.



"Sorry," apologized Malodor. They went up the stone stairs, but instead of seeing water or lava they saw both! Kyogre was in the water and Groudon was in the Lava.



"Now be very, very, very quiet. If we wake either of these guys up, we're bound to die," whispered Makita. They tiptoed past the 2 beasts, but Malodor smashed a pebble and they woke up! Both of them roared in anger.



"RUN AWAY!!!!!!!" screamed Naomi. They ran faster and faster, but Groudon stopped them. Kyogre was right behind them, they were cornered. All of them put their hands (paws or wings) over their eyes. There was a loud crash and a Pelliper and a Grovyle fought the Kyogre and the Groudon. The rest ran off out of the cave through a small hole. The Grovyle and the Pelliper popped out of the hole too.



"Did you really want to die?" asked the Grovyle.



"Be nice, Kip!" said the Pelliper, "By the way that's Kalikow or Kip and I'm Lasiandra or Labia!"



"Hi! And of course thanks! I'm Tallow, that's Amy, Malodor, Naomi and Makita!" greeted Tallow.



"Nice to meet you," murmured Kip.



"Kip!" Labia slapped Kip on the back. Tallow told them about their mishap and Labia and Kip decided to join, just to help them.



"You're going to need some help," said Labia.



"Yeah since you were to clumsy to know where you were!" laughed Kip.



"Kip! For a Grovlye you aren't very nice!" snapped Labia, "Shape up or ship out! Sorry, he's a little cranky this morning."



"No problem," said Amy.



"I feel very sorry for you 2. Being a human and suddenly turn into a Pokemon, talk about harsh," said Labia.



"How did you and Kip meet?" asked Amy.



"When I was a Treeko and she was a Wnigull, we lived close to each other so we decided to be friends," replied Kip, "How did you and Tallow meet?"



"My dad caught him when he was a Tailow and gave him to me when I was a baby, and ever since he's been my only friend," replied Amy.



"Interesting. Well we better get going," said Makita.

I can't stop reading it! Ahhhhh! I need to read more! KEEP ON WRITING, THIS IS SUCH A GREAT STORY! I LOVE IT SO MUCH! THIS IS AWESOME! How can you write such exicting stories?! I stink at writing! You make me look like my 4 year old sister compared to this great story! I love it sooo much I can't explain how much I like it in words!

"Well, I don't remember this building before! It's blocking the way!" yelled Makita.



"It's a lab," said Kip, "I don't think we should go through. Is there anyway around it?"



"Hmmm… nope," replied Naomi. Kip sighed.



"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's get a move on!" said Labia. All of them went through the front door (without having any clue what's in store for them.) Suddenly the started glowing red and there was a sound of an alarm.



"What's going on?" asked Makita.



"It's a siren you idiot!" said Kip, "Run!"



"It's always run isn't it?" said Amy. All of them tried to hide, but 3 scientists came and captured them. They locked them up in cages and turned the alarm off.



"Oh great!" said Kip.



"You can say that again," sighed Tallow, "Now what! There's no way that we can get out of here."



"Hey look! You over there!" pointed Amy. She pointed at a Jolteon.



"What? What do you want, bird?" asked the Jolteon.



"If you let us out of this cage, then I'll give you a special gift!" replied Amy, it seemed to be that the Jolteon was very gullible. He also showed them the way out.



"Now where's my gift!?" asked the Jolteon, "By the way, I'm Vander."



"Uhhhh… we don't have a gift," replied Amy.



"How dare you lie to me! You will pay for that!" yelled Vander.



"I know your mishap!" yelled Tallow.



"What are you talking about? What mishap?!" yelled Vander.



"One night you wished upon a star, and then the next day you woke up as a Jolteon!" replied Tallow.



"How do you know?!" asked Vander.



"I can feel it," replied Tallow.



"Fine. Do you know any way to sure me?" asked Vander.

"We're going to cure with this Murkrow and Charizard. Why don't you join us?" asked Tallow, "I'm Tallow, that's Makita, Kip, Labia, Amy, Naomi and Malodor."



"It's a pleasure," greeted Naomi.



"Fine. I'll join you," said Vander. He was quite stubborn. It almost seemed like he didn't trust anyone, but deep down inside he was very sweet. He was normally a leader, not a follower. It took him some getting use to before he could really understand what was going on.



"Sadly, I don't know way from here now. That total lab thing messed up my memory of the area," said Makita.



"Great," said Kip, sarcastically.



"We'll find the way!" said Labia, hopefully.
