    I have the following cards to modify the deck:
    All cards from Jetstream, Wildfire, GoldenSky, Steeplechase, Breakthrough, Shadowquake and Groundbreaker theme decks,
    From booster packs, 45 Deoxys cards, 63 or 72 Unseen Forces cards, 36 Delta Species cards, 72 Legend Maker cards.

    I do have a Rocket's Persian ex, but I'm guessing because of the exclusion of TRR, I can't use it. I also have Celebi and Suicune promos, #029 and #030. I also have 1x Swellow, 1x Torkoal, and 2x Minun from POP Series 1, though I don't know if that's legal anymore.

    I'd be grateful for any comments and a lot of help.
     
    You should try on Zap-turn-dos deck using 4 zapdos ex and manetrike. First turn, play electrike as active. Attach 1 lightning energy to it as use its attack energy charge. Seach your deck for 1 lightning energy and attach to it. Second turn, attach 1 more lightning energy to it. Search your deck for zapdos ex using dual ball. Use zapdos ex pokepower, move all energy attached to electrike to it and switch to active. Discard 1 energy and does 70 damage to opponent active. Does 70 damage in 2nd trun and maybe K.O. opponent active which is basic(probably) and below 70 hp. Extremely fast.
     
    OK, thanks for that. So, adding in Electrike and a Manectric...haven't got that type of Zapdos ex, sadly.

    T2- Attach energy to electrike, PETM/ Evolve Manectric EX, Snipe for 80 or 40 and trainer lock

    T1- Attach energy to electrike or voltorb, recharge
    T2- Attach energy to electrike or voltorb, Lanette's Net Search/ Duall Ball, Legendary Accent, Electron Crush for 50 or 70 damage.

    You think I should remove the Psychic Pokémon or keep some in? I think Banette ex works very well in a deck with many supporters.
     
    Sure remove them. Psychic pokemon are useless in zap-turn-dos deck. Well, my friend also try to build a deck with banette ex as main attack but it is not easy to put 6 supporters into discard pile.
