4th Gen Lil' Help.

[Prime Judas]

I'm in the cave with giratina, he has only got 1 tiny bar of health left, I have got 6 Pokeballs, 1 premier ball, 7 Net Balls, 9 Dive Balls, a Master Ball, 3 Dusk Balls, 2 Timer Balls, 3 Heal Balls, 2 Repeat balls, a Nest Ball and 3 Quick balls. For some reason all the balls i have used so far arn't working.What should I do?

It's just a matter of luck really - sometime's you'll just have to try a few times before you can catch it, really. Comes down to luck - it being at low HP doesn't yet mean it'll be easy to catch if it's a rare or legendary Pokemon, generally.

I'd suggest trying to inflict status though (like paralysis, or sleep) - that inproves the chance you have of catching it. Dusk Balls are fantastic at night (and not so during daytime) Timer Balls are great in long, drawn-out battles. (Every 10 turns, it gets slightly better). Otherwise Ultra Balls I suppose are your next best bet. But any ball can catch it - those are simply the better ones.

Thank. I gave up trying though. I have like ten master balls in the computer so I just used a master ball.
