    i thinks good but try to make the bg green to mix with the green of link
     
    I like it a lot, though you should make the words or backround a different color so it it easier to read.
     
    not really if you change link from normal to multiply or luminisity or pin light
     
    Well done, I like the variation thing version of it a lot. ^^
    Only thing I don't like much is the unreadableness of the text. Try putting the stroke as 1px, and adding an inner glow on a kinda low opacity, so it stands out more. You could add an outer glow if you wanted, too.
     
    hmmm... cropping's really good, but like Yami said, the text isn't really readable. the bg has a kind of overlappy effect to it, so i suggest duplicating the layer, and setting it to screen, and use a gradient, 86% opacity on it. ^^,
     
    Lol we have the same pic in our sig. Nice sig btw for just starting just fix the text so it can be readable. 8/10
