5th Gen Link to Patched Rom of Pokemon Black 2 or White 2?

Hi!

I've downloaded Black 2 on my phone, but when I play it my Pokemon don't level up. I've tried finding patched versions, but the links are really old and the downloads either don't work or have been removed. Would anyone be so kind as to point me towards a patched version of these games?
