If you want me to be truthful, you need some work on the, let's look at the red Graveller (sp), you really need to work on some shading with that, and the outline, you need to magnify it up close and really shade it in, and clear up of it's any original colors, brown for instance.

There's nothing much wrong with Torchic and mudkip, but you might want to fix that up too, look's blurry to me, and I don't know if it's me, or you copied it wrong, or the previous thing being attached was already blurry.
The Minun and Plusle you didnt really change much, except for fusing the body parts and mixing the colors.

Looks good. Try to use more varying colours. Not just the basic MS Paint colors.
