    Try working on the placing of the eyes. Somehow I thnk some pictuers have the eye too clsoe to the center or clsoe to the other eye. Still, you're not bad. ;]

    Take a look at some anatomy diagrams. Maybe raid your local library for some biology books or something. Having a good foundation in anatomy can really help any artist. Also, try drawing your characters naked before you clothe them for a while. Drawing a character without clothes first and then adding clothes or just even setting up a frame or skeleton first makes loads of difference in your positioning of limbs and how the characters carry themselves. It can also help with proportions.... having knowledge of anatomy, that is.

    Really good jobs on the pics, though. :)
