little help about fan made/hack pokemon games please.

so i was searching for a pokemon game that's up to 250 pokemons(Generation II) and i found a couple of what i believe is what im looking for but i cant really know. So my question is is there any game with all the 250 pokemons able to catch ingame without cheats/codes that's not that different from the original game? im ok with dialogue being different and graphics being ruby like or even above all i want is a game with all 250 pokemons, maps not that changed, no fan made pokemons skills and changed stats. well as close as possible from the original games but with all the pokemons i think that summs it lol.

this might be a little confusing my English isn't good enough probably lol soz.
