    Has anyone else seen this just for the sake of it? It started airing yesterday in Japan, and it's already getting labeled as one of the "fail shows of 2007".

    I wanted to gouge my eyes out after watching it, so it's not for the faint hearted too.

    No. The fact that Chachamaru is human killed any interest I ever had in it. But, wow. It's that bad? Huh. Thanks for the heads up.

    I've rewatched the first episode 3 times to pick up on good things it may have.
    But I couldn't find anything noteworthy at all.

    Conclusion: Reenacting manga/anime in real life = failure
     
    Nah, Hanazakari no Kimitachi e and Hana Yori Dango and Suppli were all pretty good manga adaptations. Negima would have served better in the year-long tokusatsu format and not a drama.

    I gotta agree on Hanakimi, but then again, Negima belongs to a different genre.

    If it was a tokusatu and year long, with the right casting, it may actually be watchable lol.

    [edit] Currently Negima suffers from very cheesy and bad CG scenes and such.
     
    I had seen the cast for it awhile back.I hated the choices Dx They all looked the same in my opinion .-.;

    I was hoping to watch to see how it came out. xD
    But taking all the comments said in this thread in mind..I just may not D;
