HEre's your sprite, and I recolroed Latios, but his colors are so similar to Lugia's that you can't really tell.

Its not really a fusion, or anything. But, could you make a Regishock (Elec Regi) and instead of giving it legs, make it levitate. Could it please have a base of Regice? That'll give you a BIG challenge! Please and Thank You!
