-Bellosom = lvl 27, Calm
-Palkia = lvl 52, Impish
-Riolu = lvl 1, Lax
-Porygon-Z = lvl 10, Adamant (pokerus)
-Lugia = lvl 100, Sassy (pokerus)

Both the shiftry and the Vileplume come from my Ruby.

Shiftry = lvl 33, Hasty.

Location : Hoenn (caught it at the beginning of the game bside the first town).
