look at all these salamence

well you traded me that larvitar with dragondance and outrage that i was gona trade to piplup so i had to give credit to you, i was trying to be respectfull

and my salamence isnt ev trained memphis 60 points gets added to stat after 252 evs, and then its state will be far closer to youre ev trained salamence, that makes sense right? lol

i can still ev it since its level 80 not 100, all rare candies do is raise a level

You can still EV train Pokemon after using rare candies. You only can't EV train them when they are level 100. You can still be EV training them at level 99. The Salamence there could kill 252 Level 2-4 Starlys and probably not gain a level. When he levelled though, he could get like +20 in speed.
 
How about an EV trained lvl. 63 Hasty Slaking?
