Hmm... If you are a beginner, those are pretty good. The left one is a revamp, right? Good, but the tail is a BIT cut out. The fusion is good too, but you placed that Polinsir a BIT in a corner, so it looks like it horn has been cut. Okay. Future advices:
1. Do NOT save them as JPGs. It ruins the quality and adds a st00pid blur effect.
2. Place the sprites on the CENTER of the white part. If you not do, effect may be, for example, cutted hand/leg/head/wing etc.
Overall. 9.5/10, for a beginner.
