Looking for a 4 or 5 IV Ditto

    Trying my hand at breeding but I have come to realize its harder to do without a good IV ditto. can anyone help me or just help with pointers on breeding?
     
    Im no expert at breeding but in ORAS you can sometimes get DIttos on the Mirage Islands and if you dexnav them up you can get a +3 potential one. I use them for breeding anyway!
