I don't want a CMS. I want something you can:

...put into a webpage(s).
This is what I have tried, starting with the oldest:
1. A CMS.(I had to approve submitted content. Not what I want.)
2. A forum.(Didn't look too good.)
3. An e-mail form. (Pain in the uh... butt.)
Now I willing to try JKaizer's idea of news system on everypage. :P

EDIT: Well I don't think that the news program on every page will work out good. I used to work at a site that did this but I didn't know how he did it. So I'm going to go with the CMS idea and see what I can get. Thanks Imakuni?.

The News system on every page would work...

*thinks*

A mySQL database could work... what would this be used for? I'll just say you're making a Pokemon game walkthrough database or something.

You have your Database (pokemon_games)

In it, you have X ammount of tables.

gmby_red
gmby_blue
gmby_yellow
etc

You would have the form submit the article into the correct database table, and then you would have a seperate page that calls all the data, like a forum does. I dun know mySQL all that good, so I couldn't give you the code.

...I bet I just confused everyone, like I did myself.
