Looking for a Elekid or Electabuzz

I've been looking for a Elekid with Cross chop and one of the Elemental punches.
But the looking hasn't turned up very well.
So if there is anyone out there to trade me I'd be glad to give you something.
I do have a Electabuzz but I don't know how to get it any of those punches.
Any tips would also be appreciated.

the only punch that elekid can learn by leveling is thunderpunch the others have to be breed into it.
